10 GLOBAL CONSOLIDATION & IMPLEMENTATION ATP Instone won the global travel management contract for Seadrill in Prior to the appointment of ATP Instone, travel services were managed by multiple suppliers in various countries, which created challenges dealing with different cultures and time zones. With travel expenditure one of the top three highest spends for James Fisher Shipping Services, a key departmental priority was to review the travel contract. Prior to ATP Instone, Fisher had very little Management Information Systems (MIS) to work with; now the team has a whole range of clear and succinct MIS reports at their fingertips to help with planning and budgeting that ranges from average fares to data on spend per tank.
