11 Transitioning from WDOL and CFDA Primary functionality for wage determinations is being tested on alpha.sam.gov Minor enhancements based on alpha tester feedback Bug fixes Note: When WDOL is decommissioned, beta.sam.gov will still use the legacy wage determination format. Primary functionality for assistance listings is being tested on alpha.sam.gov. 18 Roles and Permissions To get a role, you will create a new account on beta.sam.gov There are 3 ways to get a role You may migrate a role from a legacy system Some (typically non-administrative) roles may be requested You may be assigned a role Roles are assigned by domain (data set) and organization Role management and permissions for industry are still under development 18

19 Role Migration To get a role, you will create a new account on beta.sam.gov You will need your legacy system username and password for each system you migrate Make sure your legacy password for each system is up-to-date If your current sub-tier or office is not active in the modernized federal hierarchy, you will need to request a new role A small number of cases 19
