Coverage of FlightPro extends from a multi-site enterprise operations and training management system for the Officer and Aircrew Training System in Saudi Arabia, to initial officer training academics. From lead-in fighter training; to a purpose built training facility in the UK where FlightPro helps BAE manage all ground based training of aircrew and maintenance technicians for the RAF Typhoon force. The analytics that BAE generates from the fully integrated system allows fact based decisions to be made to guarantee compliance with KPI s and an ability to yield as many cost effective training hours as possible for its customers. 5 Customer Snapshot - Allied Wings Allied Wings provides primary and advanced flight training to the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) as Contracted Flight Training Services (CFTS). This complex training delivery model employs 180 staff and utilizes a mixed fleet that provides training services to an average of 275 students per year. FlightPro was delivered on-schedule and under-budget by Ocean s experienced Project Team, with the result that Allied Wings operations in all areas improved significantly and quickly. The FlightPro transition was implemented with zero interruption to flying operations. In fact we reduced our operations desks from 2 to 1 and the customer is happy. FlightPro allowed us to meet our Performance KPIs with the customer. Said Bill Ryan. Computer Based Training material, and self-paced learning is managed through the FlightPro interface introducing efficiency into the training process. The implementation of FlightPro made it possible to reduce the size of the dispatch and scheduling team by 30%, with the smaller team able to complete scheduling in 25% of the time previously required by the original team. This enabled Allied Wings to reallocate duties across the organization. Allied Wings saw a substantial improvement in overall operational output and achieved performance KPIs in their first year of implementation.

7 Customer Snapshot - Boeing Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) recently adopted FlightPro to manage the $A600 million Australian Defence Force s JP9000P7 Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS). Under the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) project, Boeing along with its team from Thales Australia, Airbus and Turbomeca are delivering a fully integrated aircrew training solution that involves instructors, three full motion simulators, a Computer Based Training (CBT) suite and the Airbus EC135 helicopter. Boeing are managing and optimising this integrated training system, with FlightPro in place to deliver scheduling, electronic student records and assessment, CBT/Computer Aided Instruction (CAI), business process workflows and operational reporting. Ocean also delivers the Learninglogics Learning Content Management System (LCMS) to allow the development and approval of SCORM compliant CBT for the HATS program. This contract builds on Boeing s existing relationship with Ocean that began in 2007 with the Army Aviation Training and Training Support (AATTS) contract, where BDA use FlightPro in support of their delivery of pilot, aircrew and technician training for the Australian Army s Black Hawk and Kiowa. All undergraduate training for Australian Defence Force aircrew is now managed on the FlightPro system including: ADF BFT (Tamworth), 2FTS (Perth) and the upcoming PA5428 Pilot Training System.
