2 Introduction & Background Management Summary CHG-MERIDIAN UK Limited (CHG) provide bespoke finance solutions to customers. We are very pleased to propose a solution which will provide Fortem with a single resource and infrastructure to manage all leasing agreements with the use of TESMA (online asset management tool) end of life disposal and secure data erasure. The solution will provide Fortem with a facility that will reduce the cost of asset ownership and, through the use of TESMA, offer greater control and transparency of financial and technology management. 5 Additional Benefits Quarterly Build CHG-MERIDIAN solutions can hugely reduce admin costs with a recurring 3 month roll-out phase. This option can allow Fortem to place a series of orders over a defined time period (3 months), to take delivery of the assets and then confirm receipt of the assets by completing and returning an Installation Certificate (IC) to CHG-MERIDIAN. On receipt of the IC from Fortem and your supplier invoice/s (to include serial numbers) CHG-MERIDIAN will arrange for the invoices to be settled. This process can be repeated throughout the agreed 3 month period. At the end of the 3 months CHG-MERIDIAN will reconcile the invoices that have been settled and provide Fortem with a single schedule for completion and only on completion of the schedule will the lease and rental payment stream commence. Technology Exchange CHG-MERIDIAN's leasing solutions enable us to offer Fortem enhanced options at the end of the primary period. Instead of being restricted to a single date for refreshing equipment, Fortem can take advantage of our Technology Exchange Model which provides an additional 3 month period to return end of life devices and install the new equipment. At the end of each 3 month exchange phase Fortem Information Technology simply enter into a new schedule for all assets delivered during that period.

6 TESMA Communication Platform Successful management of an asset's lifecycle is a challenge for many companies. CHG-MERIDIAN s Technology and Service Management System, TESMA, was designed to make device management as simple as possible. TESMA combines both financial, and asset management tools to give you a complete view of your asset portfolio. Thanks to a broad portfolio of interfaces, our system can interact with yours, making duplication of data entry a thing of the past. The online system has workflow-based solutions that can be tailored to suit your requirements. This ensures that the tracking of your assets is aligned with your existing process, whilst also being able to manage the equipment at the end of its lifecycle. You will have full transparency of your assets from the point of ordering, to the end-of-life phase. 7 10% Non Returns Allowance A CHG-MERIDIAN agreement can include entitlement to not return up to 10% of the number of assets per lease schedule, or for these assets to be returned in a damaged or non-functional state at no additional cost. 5% Flex Volume Fortem Information Technology can have the option to early terminate 5% per annum of the number of assets per lease agreement without paying the outstanding rentals for the returned assets, provided the assets are returned to CHG- MERIDIAN. The remaining rentals are then reduced to reflect the number of assets retained. Certified Data erasure We can help provide peace of mind during this transition with our certified data erasure program. Using software approved by the US Department of Defence, BSI and CESG our certified data erasure ensures the deletion of information from your devices. We take away the pain points of this process leaving you to just simply choose a day that suits you and we ll take care of the collection and erasure of the assets. Class 1 Data Erasure Devices received in our facility are audited and erased using a single pass erasure method. Class 2 Data Erasure Devices received in our facility are audited and erased using a three-times pass erasure method. This technique is certified. Class 3 Data Erasure Devices are collected and checked via serial number into a vehicle/container that is sealed and taken to our facilities where they are audited and erased using a seven-times pass erasure method. This technique is certified. Where a hard drive is not erasable, the drive will be removed, degaussed and shredded in accordance with our data protection standards.
