10 MULTI-SESSION MANAGEMENT A session is a subevent that is connected to the main event. Check guests into that particular activity in order to manage access control or track attendance. (i.e. workshops, classes, seminars, VIP areas, multi-day event check-ins, etc.) Scan to check guest s in and out of sessions using: ios devices Hand held scanners QR codes NFC chip enabled badges or wristbands Print dynamic session schedules on badges Allow guest to make session changes themselves using Kiosk Mode After your event, view session attendance reports for individual sessions

11 SESSION REGISTRATION Event organizers can set up the Boomset session registration platform so guests can choose the sessions they want to attend the before and during the event Upon completing the Eventbrite registration form, guests will be redirected to Boomset to choose the schedule they want for the event.
