The factory is open Monday to Friday, (7am-4pm) all Cabins are manufactured under cover out of the elements ensuring the best possible finish and construction time possible. East Coast Village Homes range of Tourist Accommodation Cabins offers all the essential features and comforts an Individual or Family would expect today. The Cabins are delivered and set up on Gal steel columns set in concrete, on your site and come complete in every detail with modern kitchens, bathrooms, Laundry (where indicated), internal plumbing and electrical wiring, floor coverings, light fittings, etc ready for connection to your services. You can choose the interior of your cabin from our wide range of decorator schemes available at our office. All of our inclusions are on the enclosed sheet, if there is something extra you would like that is not listed please do not hesitate to ask. All floor plans are totally flexible to suit your requirements. East Coast Village Homes specialises in custom building and while we are pleased to include some pricing in the attachments, the best way to determine your final cost, is for us to spend some time with you to discuss your requirements. A six and a half year structural warranty applies. All workmanship covered by East Coast Village Homes 12-month guarantee. All installed appliances and special products are covered by the manufactures guarantee. All homes and cabins are inspected and certified by an independent Engineer.
