3 INTRODUCTORY MESSAGE 2016 is already off to a successful start, the energy is high on the Essence site as construction continues to progress daily. The construction team has successfully completed the 8th slab with just four more levels to go! Welcome to the April 2016 Essence of Dilmunia quarterly Newsletter, which was created to provide updates and news on the progress of the project is already off to a successful start, the energy is high on the Essence site as construction continues to progress daily. The construction team has successfully completed the 8th slab with just four more levels to go! I am pleased to report more progress from Essence of Dilmunia spectacular site. Starting the New Year, construction works move swiftly on the development and its beautiful spacious apartments. The development structure has already passed the half way point and started to take shape and show an impressive prospect. Moving ahead in construction work, the following slabs will now start to shape the steps of essence as we go higher. Essence now holds an impressive structure above ground with eight slabs completed and work already started on the 9th. Progress at Essence of Dilmunia is continuously monitored to ensure that standards on site are kept high. Weekly meetings include all involved parties and contractors insure that work is done on schedule and to the required high standards. During this quarter the arrival of the first shipments of materials were received on site. From the highest quality Brazilian porcelain and ceramic tiles to the Italian Travertine stones and German Kaldewei Baths. More materials were selected from world renowned and leading international brands, more information can be found following in the magazine. GOING FORWARD As construction work for the development s stunning Essence of Dilmunia draws closer, our purpose and commitment to excellence will differentiate Essence of Dilmunia from other projects. The first layer of bricks is a time consuming job, due to the fact that surveyors have to measure each and every wall position before the bricks are laid, but once that is done the remaining brick work is only to follow the first layer of bricks already laid. With the brick work now gaining momentum, the apartments are taking shape internally.
