3 Medical Center Overview The current 786k sf Medical Center was built in 1956 with an addition in Serves approximately 58,000 beneficiaries. Active Duty, Dependents, Retirees Parts of the facility have been upgraded within the last five years to bring outpatient clinical areas and inpatient ward infrastructure up to modern clinical standards. The majority of the Medical Center still required modernization. 3

The project also includes infrastructure upgrades to the Central Utility Plant, re-roofing and upgrades, and a small landscape/green space dining area.
