3 Ready-Mix Concrete This is a separate division focused on the supply of ready-mix concrete onsite for contractors mainly working in hard to reach areas. One of our strong holds in the Eastern Cape, where we have worked extensively. Our sites have reached as far as the Maluti Mountains to the North West and as far down as Port Edward and Bizana in the South. Rural development for Human Settlement and municipalities is the main criteria where this work comes from. A typical project would be to supply the concrete to new houses, along with the VIP toilets and JoJo tanks. The method is to situate an independent batch plant on each site, in close proximity to the housing area and main contractor. We supply up to three mix trucks on site, with a fully self-sufficient plant, giving us a daily output of up to 100m3 per day. Additional plant includes a sand sieve to ensure optimum quality of our concrete. Mobile Ready Mix We specialize in the supply of ready mix Karoo 30 batch plant erected on site, preferably next to the contractors site office. Our plants are electronically integrated with batch reports done for each truck load of ready mix dispatched. Our professional team ensures that first class concrete is produced even in the most difficult terrain. We will supply two 6m3 mix trucks per batch plant, giving us an out put capacity of 60m3 to 100m3 of concrete daily. We are running fleets of new FAW and Merc Mixer trucks. Other machinery includes, 6m sand sieves, TLB s Bobcats, Generations, Site Offices, Test cube curing facilities, Tip Trucks 10,15 and 30m3. These all help in making us almost 100% self sufficient onsite and not having to rely on local contractors who have proven to fail us in the past. -All aggregates are tested by Contest, who are our chosen mix design specialist. -Cubes are MPA tested by contest according to SABS specification. -Mortar mixes and together designs can be supplied. -Specialise in the supply of ready mix for raft foundations, water storage tanks and aprons for RDP housing. ii

4 Custom Project & Design We are able to help in the designing and manufacture of once off, bespoke custom products that are needed for new designs in architecture or custom home products in living areas. I.E once off fire places, pizza ovens, counter tops, coping and cills. Such products include the Water crest Coping designed especially for Steff Stocks for the New Water crest Mall in Waterfall, Durban. Standard Products Our core business is from a range of standardised products that are used in municipal depots, civil engineering & road works, maritime services, commercial property development, residential estate & housing, Urban housing and Rural development housing, mining infrastructure, security fencing, material handling & storage. Because of the fast spectrum of work, we carry over 60 different products in stock and have moulds in capacity for over 100 products. Distributing these products within deadlines to customers throughout KZN and into our neighbourhood provinces. Furthermore we have branched ourselves into onsite concrete ready-mix batch plants. This eco-friendly green products are designed to give maximum load bearing on the underside and maximum grassing area on the surface. Our blocks are considered heavy duty as they are reinforced through, making them extremely robust and able to take the heavy load of trucks and the same time giving you a pleasant natural looking parking bay or driveway that can be mowed.
