8 What We Do Construction Real Estate Ready Mix Concrete Manufacturing Varindera Construction Ltd. and Varindera & Company are the two companies of the VCL Group which are engaged in the construction industry. The companies serve mostly the central/state government departments, PU's and other reputed private organizations. Both the companies cumulatively have executed construction works of more than Rs. 700 crores including many prominent and prestigious projects all over India. Vivek Infra Projects &Varindera Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. are the two companies from the VCL Group those are engaged in the Real Estate business. Varindera Constructions Ltd. is an active partner of Shree Vardhman Buildprop Pvt. Ltd., and is jointly engaged in real estate development project of residential towers at Gurgaon. The VCL Group recently entered this industry through Vivek RMC Plant Pvt. Ltd. which is an ISO certified company. The company manufactures design mix varying M-15 to M-50 RMC. The RMC is manufactured in ultra modern automatic computerized plant imported from Germany. The concrete is transported to clients through CifaGreaves Italy transit mixers.
