Advises on tender, claims and post contract cost management were also part of our scope. Island City Centre, Mumbai Bombay Realty High Rise Luxury Residential Towers We are providing full cost management services including post contract quantity surveying for the ICC1 and ICC2 towers, which are 53 floors and 60 floors respectively. Total construction area of the project is 26.5 lakh sft. 7
