2 YWCA of Delhi TENDER DOCUMENT Quotations invited for Interior work of Conference Rooms at YWCA of Delhi YWCA of Delhi requires the services of a professional agency with proven credentials in the field of renovation and interior work for undertaking the renovation work of the conference rooms at YWCA of Delhi, 1 Ashoka Road, New Delhi. Scope of work given below. A. SCOPE OF WORK Renovation and interior conference rooms work having a floor area of 800 sqft approximately. TENDER FORM AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE ATTACHED. B. GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS The Tender document for the interior work of Conference rooms of YWCA of Delhi should subscribed with Tender document for Interior work of Conference Rooms at YWCA of Delhi" The outer covers should have the Full Name, Postal Address, and Telephone number of the Bidder on the bottom left corner. The document should accompany the following documents: (i) (ii) Profile of the Agency / Company. Details of the labour /staff to be employed for the work. (iii) Tender form clearly indicating the cost, inclusive of taxes, if any, for carrying out the work (Item wise cost/head wise expenditure). (iv) The financial quote should be exactly in accordance with the specifications and design attached with this tender document. Terms & Conditions: Payment will be made to the bidder as per following schedule: a) Advance shall be paid, on mutually agreed percentage of the value of the contract, on award of the work. b) Balance payment will be effected in installments based on the progress of the work. c) Taxes as applicable will be deducted at source while making payment by YWCA. d) The work should be completed within one month after award of the work order. e) YWCA reserves the right to reject or accept any offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. f) Termination by default: YWCA reserves the right to terminate the contract of any agency in case of unsatisfactory services. g) 5% retention money will be deducted from running or final bill which will be released after defect liability period 6 (six) months from the date of successful completion of work.

3 h) Contractor will be fully responsible for the safety of the labour deployed at site.
