Estimate of Construction of Administrative Office Building for S. P. Wardha at Wardha including all infrastructural amenities:- Those who want to refer Estimate of this work prepared by Architect are available to bidders on website (RTI Document) under the banner of Estimate of Construction of Administrative Office Building for S. P. Wardha at Wardha including all infrastructural amenities for reference. Estimated cost of the work is Rs lakhs. Estimate provided to bidders is for reference only. Bidder shall prepare his own estimate on the basis of drawings, tender documents, lead of material, schedule of rates (DSR), & quantity of work for quoting of final offer. No claim will be entitled to bidder on the basis of estimated quantity, rate, lead etc,. The estimate shall not be considered as part of contract. 2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) & Tender Form Fee is amounting to Rs.2,73,000/-. 3. It is electronics documents and legally binding on both the parties. 4. The offer of contractor shall be inclusive of Labour Cess at 1% of tender cost. 5. Contractor should follow up to get the electricity connection (3 phase) from MSEDCL. Quarter and Gas godown & dispose the dismantled material at any lead. 8. Contractor has to provide 100 KVA transformer with MSEDCL s approval. 9. Contractor should have completed one similar work (as per clause 2.4 b & 2.13 D(b)) amounting to Rs lakhs. 10.
