6 Annexure-IV RAJARAMBAPU PATIL SAHAKARI DUDH SANGH LTD; ISLAMPUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TENDER OF SUPPLING 200 ML GLASS BOTTLE 1) Tender details should be given on the prescribed Format only. Tenderer should throughly study the specifications of Bottle before submitting their Tender offer 2) The Tenderers/Suppliers/Manufacturers should clearly state in their offers the address for communication together with their telegraphic address, telephone and Fax No 3) Earnest money deposit of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) by D.D. Drawn in the favour of Rajarambapu Patil Sahakari Dudh Sangh Ltd; Islampur should be sent alongwith the Tender. Tender without EMD will not be onsidered. 4) Earnest money deposit of unsuccessful Tenderer / Supplier / Manufacturer will be returned within 30 days from the date of opening of the Tender. 5) No interest will be paid on the earnest money for the period during which it (the earnest money) lies in deposit with the Rajarambapu patil Sahakari Dudh Sangh Maryadit, Islampur. 7) The successful Tenderer should accept the Nominal Membership of RBPSDS. 8) Duly filled Tender alongwith D.D.towards requiste EMD sealed in a cover duly marked as " 200 MLGLASS BOTTLE should reach our office at MIDC, islampur on or before- DT 05/12/2015 9) Successful Tenderer will have to execute agreement with us and will have to keep Security Deposit with us 10) Right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason is reserved. 11 On receiving orders from Dudh Sangh, the supply of material at Dairy Plants, shall be the responsibility of the Tenderer/supplier. Quality inspection and rejection, if any, shall be made at the Dairy Plant Sites. The rejected quantity, if any, shall be lifted by the supplier at his own cost. The rejected material shall have to be lifted by the supplier within 10 days from the date of intimation from the Dairy Plant. The Dairy shall not be responsible for any deterioration due to delayed lifting of the rejected material by the supplier. 12 The tenderer should be manufacturer of BOTTLE.

7 13 Tenderer/Supplier/Manufacturer should clearly mention maximum quantity that can be supplied per month as well as lead time required for supply of 200 ML GLASS BOTTLE from the date of placing order. 14 In case of non-delivery/delay in delivery of '' BOTTLE '' by the successful tenderer, RBPSDS reserves the right to impose penalty at the rate of 0.5% of the value of the delayed supplied quantity per week or part of a week subject to the maximum penalty shall not to exceed 5% of the total value of The quantity under this contract under consideration 15 In case, the BOTTLE supplied is not as per specifications, the entire Lot shall be liable for rejection 16 Payment Shall be realized within 30 days form date of receipt & Approval of material.
