3 Both the NIT(s) are to be treated separately. Parties interested to quote for both the items are also requested to quote separately as per the laid down terms and conditions below.. Terms & Conditions : 1. Sealed tender will be received upto Separate tender paper will not be issued. We request you to submit the tender in your Letter Head. 2. Tender should be submitted in two bids, Technical bid and Price Bid. The Technical Bid should contain detailed technical specifications ( without mentioning price) alongwith the required EMD and all supporting documents namely printed catalogue, drawing and copies of executed supply orders. The second envelope shall contain the Price Bid and Commercial terms & conditions along with firm delivery schedule, payment terms, validity of the offer, etc. Both the envelopes should be sealed separately and prominently marked with Technical Bid & Price Bid for easy identification with name of the party and our NIT No & due date of closing. Both these double sealed envelope should be put together in a single envelope superscribed with tender No. due date and to be sent by Registered Post or Courier Service addressed to the Managing Director, Assam Gas Company Ltd., P.O. Duliajan, Pin , Dist. Dibrugarh Assam. The company will not bear any responsibility for late receipt or non- receipt of tender by Post / Courier Service. Assam Gas Company Ltd., will first open the Technical Bid and if found competent then Price Bid will be opened. The Price Bid of unsuccessful tenderers in Technical Bid will be returned back by registered post without opening. 3. The rate should be quoted FOR Duliajan ( AGCL- Stores) basis by road transport with break up of basic materials cost, sales tax, excise duty, education cess, transportation cost and other charges, if any. 4. The offer should clearly indicate your Guarantee period and furnishing of manufacturer test certificate, etc. 5. Quoted rate should be valid for minimum period of 6 (six) months from the date of opening of our tender. 6. Delivery : Delivery should be made within 60 days from the date of issue of our purchase order. 7. Liquidated Damage : Delivery should be made within the specified time mentioned in the P.O. and in case of delay in delivery, Liquidated 2% per month will be charged on the value of the undelivered items for each month of delay or part thereon. 8. EMD : The tenderers has to deposit an 2% (Two Percent) of the tender value in the form of Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee alongwith the tender, drawn in favour of Assam Gas Company Ltd., Duliajan on any Nationalized or schedule Bank in India and payable at Duliajan. Offer without EMD will be rejected outright. 9. Detailed technical literature, catalogue, drawing, Past performance certificate etc. are to be submitted alongwith the Technical Bid.

Payment : Our payment condition is 80% (Eighty Percent) against despatch document through bank and balance 20% (Twenty Percent) against your bill within 30 days of receipt & acceptance of materials at our Stores. 11. Assam Gas Company Ltd., Duliajan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
