(Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) : 300 mm dia piles Excavation in all kinds of soil, wet or dry (such as yellow murrum, hard murrum / gravel or mixture of any kind, including soft rock etc.), in loose and slushy condition, including demolition of any existing concrete portion with suitable mechanical excavators like Poclain, JCB etc. and manually wherever required, to the required level for foundations, trenches, rafts, plinths, area levelling, etc., to required depth from existing ground level including disposing off surplus excavated material within the site and levelling as per direction of the PM; if required disposal outside the campus at location designated by statutory authority,covering the carting/loaded vehicle with plastic / tarpauline so as to avoid fall and spread of any excavated material on road, cleaning vehicle tyres before moving out of site etc complete, maintaining all the related records,bailing/pumping out water to keep the site dry at all times until completion of backfilling; making temporary stepping / sloping, shoring with planking, strutting, sectioning, trimming, dressing of sides, levelling or grading, cleaning, removing and excavating loose pockets and consolidating them by backfilling as directed etc. all complete to all depths, to the satisfaction of the PMC/Employer. All pits shall be properly barricaded at any point of time. - up to 1.5 M from Existing Ground Level Rmt 80 Cum Filling including backfilling with approved good quality earth in plinths, area leveling etc. in layers each not exceeding 200mm in depth, breaking clods, watering, compacting each layer with vibratory compactor and at inaccessible places with wooden/steel rammers to achieve 95% proctor density at optimum moisture content; dressing up embankments; if required, bailing/pumping out of water to keep site dry while back filling; costs includes transportation of all materials, labour, machinery etc. complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the PMC/Employer. -Approved Earth Brought from out side Providing, machine mixing and laying M10 grade plain cement concrete (PCC) of required thickness for foundation, rafts, plinth beams, at plinth level, levelling course and all locations, etc. (minimum cementitious content shall be as specified in the IS Code and as approved); including compacting, curing, required shuttering and its removal, dewatering where required and vibrating, cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions, etc. complete at all depths and leads as per the drawing and to entire satisfaction of the PMC/Employer. 2 5 Providing, transporting, and laying concrete of M25 grade conforming to (IS 456) with minimum cement content and maximum water cement ratio as per IS or as specified by Structural Consultant including using approved quality admixtures and placed either with pump/manual/lift for following grades of concrete including compacting, vibrating, curing and protecting against excess etc. complete at all lead, lift & heights as per the drawing and to entire satisfaction of the PMC/Employer. Further item to include providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position water proof plywood centering and shuttering true to line and level, including required height's steel propping and staging, at slab to slab heights upto 4.00m applying shuttering removal emulsion/oil as approved, required bracing, chamfering exposed edges corners of beams, columns, walls etc., making leak proof joints etc. complete upto required height, at all leads and lift. Also include removing and dismantling the aforesaid assembly after specified or as approved period from the day of casting of concreting to the satisfaction of the PMC/Employer. The item shall also include the required staging and supporting arrangements. The staging or formwork design shall be submitted to the Structural Consultant & PMC/Employer for approval before proceeding to erect the same. a Foundations, grade beams, pile caps - all works up to base of column Cum 13 c Columns of any size and shape Cum 2 d Plinth beam/tie beam/ lintels, roof beams, Sun shade etc Cum 30 REINFORCEMENT STEEL 6 Providing, transporting to site, storing, de-coiling (if required), straightening, cutting, bending, spirally hooping, bundling and placing, in position reinforcement bars, to correct shape and size as per detailed drawings, specifications, preparing and getting approved bar-bending schedules for all reinforced concrete work such as walls, columns / stub columns, beams, slabs, staircase etc.; with correct size of heavy duty PVC / concrete (of same grade of concrete) cover blocks and galvanized binding wire of 18 gauge; required dewatering, provide required labour and machines / equipment / tools / tackles for handling, shifting, bending, binding, etc. The measurement shall be as per IS The item shall include cost of concrete cover blocks, binding wire, all chairs, spacers and pins etc. all complete to the satisfaction of the PMC/Employer at all depths, height, lift & leads. 7 8 TMT bars - Fe-500D grade confirming to IS Kg 6,000 Labour charges for fabricating rafters, purlins etc from the existing MS pipes of various diameters including cutting, aligning, welding etc and placing the rafters, purlins etc in place and aligning the same to rest properly on the RCC columns including fixing necessary holding down bolts etc complete (the pipes for rafters and purlins shall be issued free of cost. Other sections like cleat angle, plates, holding down Sqm 57 bolts etc shall be measured under item no 7 below. ( Clear inner area to be measured for payment, passage between two stores will not be measured) Supply and Delivery of weldable quality structural steel plates, cleat angle, holding down bolts conforming relevant Indian Standard Codes. kg Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete (volumetric mix) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) including mixing of waterproofing admixture of approved make as per manufacturers specification including compaction, formwork, curing etc. complete as shown in the drawings and entire satisfaction of the PM. 3 Providing and constructing masonry with approved quality fly ash concrete blocks having minimum crushing strength 100 Kg/Sq. cm and water absorption maximum 10% in cement sand mortar in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Sand) including raking out joints, curing,, necessay scaffolding, all complete as per specifications etc. at all heights, depths and leads, dewatering area where required complete as per specifications etc. all as directed by PMC/Employer. Providing and applying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar mix ratio CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand), to internal surfaces of concrete and masonry work; including raking out joints, hacking concrete surfaces and applying approved chemical bonding agent and applying a scratch coat over concrete surfaces by bonding / adhesive chemical coat as directed by approved manufacturer to create a key, cleaning / grooving deep junctions of concrete & masonry, grouting then back by mortar mixed with non-shrinking compound along with packing of clean, fresh square cut aggregate; also providing and fixing 20 gauge GI chicken 150 mm wide to junctions of concrete and masonry, preparing jambs, sills, grooves, bands, wattas, rounding of corners, etc. all complete as per architectural drawings, specifications and finished smooth with wooden rundha etc. or as specified by the PMC/Employer at all leads, depth and lifts, doing independent double-legged scaffolding, cleaning of surfaces, curing, etc. complete as per specification and to the approval of the PMC/Employer. (Location: Internal wall surfaces) Providing and applying minimum 22mm thick double coat cement sand plaster; first coat to be 12mm thick cement sand mortar of mix ratio CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including adding 2% by weight of cement approved waterproofing compound of approved manufacturer, second coat to be 10mm thick in cement sand mortar of mix ratio CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand), finished sand face or as required to receive specified architectural external finish to correct line, plumb and level to external faces of walls, sofits/ceiling if any, including hacking concrete surfaces then applying chemical adhesive coating and a scratch/dash coat as a positive bond, curing the same, racking out junctions of masonry and concrete, then pointing and grouting using non-shrinking compound, joints grouted by pressing square crushed stone, further providing 150mm wide 20 gauge GI chicken mesh at junctions of concrete and masonry work, doing independent double legged scaffolding etc. Item also include plastering to window sills, RCC cornices, making wattas, drip-moulds, bands, grooves etc., doing curing, cleaning, etc. all complete to the approval of the PMC/Employer. 4 13 14 Designing, preparing shop drawing, providing and fixing approved make steel metal sheet roof. Sheeting to be of approved designed for installation by mechanically attaching panels to supports using concealed clips and interconnecting side edges of adjacent panels flashing, coves, etc. Metal panels sheeting manufactured out of 0.58mm. [total coated thickness (TCT)] siliconised polyester coated cold rolled high strength steel having 275MPa, yield strength sheet to have 150gms/m2 zinc aluminium alloy coating mass, the weathering surface to be given a finish coat in approved shade and colour, of 20micron SMP paint over 5 micron polyster back coat over 5 micron primer and conversion coat. The rear side to have a neutral backing of epoxy primer coat of 5 micron over 5 micron polyster back coat over 5 micron primer and conversion coat. Metal Sheet to have standing seam and a proprietary anti- capillary flute on male end of side laps to ensure a water tight lap. Sheets shall be supplied in length as per shop drawings and site requirements, including required flashing, capping, trimming, etc. all accessories, fittings and fixtures. Actual area of roofing system laid in position shall be measured. Flashing, trims, etc. shall not be measured separately and should be including in the item rate. However ridges to be measured and paid separately under relevant item. The work to be carried out as per approved shop drawings and specification approved by the PMC/Employer and shall bear a guarantee for 20 years for materials and 10 years against leakages, seapages etc. on a standard approved format. Providing, supplying and fixing 2 hours fire rated door with pressed metal frame 145mm x 60mm size out of hot dip galvanized mild steel sheet of 1.6mm thickness including required angle threshold of hot dip galvanized mild steel angle of section 35 x 35mm, or base ties of 1.25mm pressed hot dip galvanized mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, Frames shall be fixed with 3 nos. G.I. holdfast 200 x 30 x 3 mm with split end on either side and well grouted with cement concrete mix 1:2:4; adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb, including stainless steel butt hinges strengthened with SS pins, lock strike-plate, shock absorbers as specified and 46 mm thick single leaf shutter made out of minimum 1.25 mm thick galvanised sheet insulated with mineral wool for required fire rating with ironmongery as given / approved having fire rating and tested as per latest IS specification IS Further include priming with Zinc-Phosphate Stoving Primer and finishing with red oxide paint and two coats of paint of shade and colour. The item to include the fixing of approved intumescent strips to the frame etc. complete as per drawing to the entire satisfaction of the PMC/Employer. 5 Providing precast cement concrete 50 MM Thick Jali 1:1.1/2:3 (1 cement : 1 1/2 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size), reinforced with suitable mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits. Providing and applying oil bound distemper of approved make and colour conforming to IS in two coats (surface and finish acceptable to the PMC/Employer must be achieved by the contractor and any additional coats if required shall be at the cost of the contractor); including preparing surfaces, filling up with white cement based putty, binder; cleaning and making the surface dust-free, applying a sealer or primer coat of paint as recommended by approved paint manufacturer, applying two coats of paint (of approved make and shade), required scaffolding, cleaning and protecting till the handing over of site to the employer all complete to entire satisfaction of the PMC/Employer. (Location: Internal surface) Providing and applying Textured matt finish paint of approved equivalent make to surfaces in three coats paint (surface and finish acceptable to the PMC/Employer must be achieved by the contractor and any additional coats if required shall be at the cost of the contractor) as per manufacturers specification and technical manual including required cleaning of the surfaces, curing, required scaffolding / staging / temporary hoisting etc. complete to the entire satisfaction of the PMC/Employer. (Location: External surface) Providing, supplying, laying and jointing of RCC NP2 class hume pipes conforming to IS 458 & IS 783, including all necessary specials including earth work in excavation in all types of soils for a depth of 1.5m, levelling of bed surface of the excavated trench, and ensuring leak proof joint as per specifications, drawings etc., complete as directed by Employer / PMC Sqm 30 Sqm 105 Sqm 157 a 600mm dia Rmt 250 b 450mm dia Rmt Providing, supplying, Constructing the following size brick masonry chambers in 230mm thick brick walls in cement mortar 1:5 plastered inside and outside in C.M. 1:3 including 150 thick bed concrete in C.C. 1:3:6 and following size C.I. frame and C.I. cover. 600mm X 600mm size Nos 20

6 SEWAGE COLLECTION TANK Earth work in Excavation (Mechanical and / or manually) in all kinds of soil, wet or dry (such as yellow murrum, hard murrum / gravel or mixture of any kind, including soft rock etc.), in loose and slushy condition, to the required level for area levelling, etc.; to required depth from existing ground level including disposing off surplus excavated material within the site and levelling and compacting to achieve 95% of proctor density as per direction of the PM. Bailing/pumping out water to keep the site dry at all times and if required disposal of soil out side the site at location designated by statutory authority; making temporary stepping / sloping, shoring with planking, strutting, sectioning, trimming, dressing of sides, levelling or grading, cleaning, removing and excavating loose pockets and consolidating them by backfilling as directed etc. all complete to the satisfaction of the PM. Providing and laying, machine mixed Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) of M30 grade conforming to (IS 456) with minimum cement content 320 Kg/Cum including using approved quality admixtures and placed either with pump/manual/lift with all lead, lifts, depth including compacting, vibrating, curing and protecting against excess, including the cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement steel as per the drawing including formin haunches where ever required to entire satisfaction of the PM. (For Collection sump raft, walls, slab etc) CUM 353 CUM 10 CUM Providing, straightening, cutting, bending and binding in position reinforcement bars Fe500 grade (confirming to IS 1786), to correct shape and size as per detailed drawings, specifications, preparing and getting approved barbending schedules for all reinforced concrete work with correct size PVC cover blocks (of approved make) and galvanized binding wire of 18 gauge; provide required labour and machines / equipments / tools / tackles for handling, shifting, bending, binding, etc. all complete to the satisfaction of the PM at all depths, height, lift & leads.
