2 MuLti AccESS SyStEMS We have developed three unique working platforms WEB Deck, WEB Net and WEB MAP. These systems are cost and time effective alternatives to scaffolding for difficult access work areas. The systems are installed by rope access technicians and can then be accessed by tradesmen. Our systems are faster and safer to install because they are installed by rope access techniques which are statistically safer than scaffolding. The systems are easier to transport and store because they are lightweight and modular. They provide the most flexible access system for accessing difficult access areas. Each system is suited to different working situations which we can ad-vise you upon. The systems are also compatible allowing for site specific solutions. We offer a turnkey solution, providing the engineering design services, training and supervision and a fully-specified list of equipment. This allows clients to take on board our innovative systems with confidence. 3 WEB DEck WEB Deck is an innovative clip-on modular system which provides a stable and strong working platform for under-decks. It is suitable for a variety of work tasks and can be used by regular tradesmen without safety lines. The system is quickly installed to the underdeck of bridges, viaducts, jetties and oil platforms. Fast Installation: Only seven days to install and fully encapsulate 300m2 of bridge under-deck. Safe: fewer hours working at height; rope access is statistically safer than scaffolding. Low cost: Efficient install leads to lower labour cost and lower total access cost. Low self-weight: Suitable for weaker structures. Full containment: The system includes side containment, and full encapsulation where necessary. 4 WEB NEt WEB Net is a cost effective alternative to scaffolding. The benefits of WEB Net over scaffolding include: Faster installation and dismantling time reduces costs: WEB Net cuts installation and dismantling time by about 75%. Lower transport & storage costs: WEB Net is 5-10% of the weight and volume of scaffolding. WEB Net is easier and cheaper to transport. Storage space required on site and in the yard is reduced. Lower load weight: WEB Net has a significantly lower self-weight, allowing it to be used on structures that do not have a high load capacity. Specification WEB Net is made from High Tenacity Polyester which is UV stabilised. WEB Nets are guaranteed for 5 years. Knotted to provide a sure footing. 5 Test Cord strips are attached to the net for annual testing. Each net has a unique ID and tag identifying the specification. All rigging components are con-structed by European manufacturers and supplied with a Certificate of Conformity, Test Certificate, and/or Proof Load Test and Identification Certificate. Safer installation & dismantling: WEB Net is installed by rope access methods. Rope access is statistically safer than using fall arrest methods. Fully compliant with all relevant regulations: Complies with all aspects of UK Work At Height Regulations 2005 and Manual Handling Regulations. WEB Net provides a work positioning suitable for a wide variety of work tasks including surface preparation and coating application, masonry & concrete repairs, pipe-work installation and inspection. This multifunctional system can be altered to provide heavyweight debris containment, site protection, over-side containment and work separation. Operatives who work from the net are attached to a pri-mary twin rope or wire rope safety system. This ensures they comply with Work At Height 2005 and BS regulations. These operatives only require to be trained for work at height in order to work from the WEB Net.

6 WEB MAp WEB has designed and manufactured an innovative Mobile Access Platform (MAP) suitable for access to difficult work areas with several unique features. WEB MAP is especially applicable to bridge works. Reduced installation and dismantling times: WEB MAP is extremely fast to install and dismantle compared to scaffolding. Our cli-ents have been able to bring down costs dra-matically by using WEB MAP. Improved productivity: The platforms provide a stable and effective work site for carrying out a variety of work tasks. WEB MAP is especially useful for jobs requiring a lot of tools and equipment. Modular system reduces transportation costs: The platform is built in 2 or 3 metre collapsible sections. The platform sections can be transported inside a typical VW Transporter size van eliminating transportation difficulties. Sections when collapsed fit easily through narrow hatches. Modular system suitable for many work sites: The platform sections can be joined together to form longer sections. This feature means that the platforms can be used in a variety of work areas depending upon the requirements dictated by the work site. Tested up to 9m in length. Fully compliant with all relevant UK regulations: The 2 metre platform is extremely light, weighing only 24kg complying with Manual Handling Regulations. This makes the platform easily manoeuvrable.
