ASSUMES NO IABIITY FOR INTERPRETATION OF SUBSURFACE CONDITIONS, SUITABIITY OF SOI DESIGN PARAMETERS AND SUBSURFACE GROUNDWATER CONDITIONS MADE BY OTHERS. 2. RED ONE AND GEO-X SHA NOT BE RESPONSIBE FOR THE COST OF A MEANS OF SUBSOI IMPROVEMENT; COST OF ADDITIONA SUBSOI EXPORATION; AND FOR A ABOR TOOS, EQUIPMENT AND INCIDENTAS NECESSARY TO COMPETE THE WORK. THE OWNER SHA BE RESPONSIBE FOR A SUCH COST. 3. PRIOR TO UNDERTAKING ANY GRADING OR EXCAVATION OF THE SITE, THE CONTRACTOR SHA CONFIRM THE OCATION OF THE PROPOSED RETAINING WAS AND A UNDERGROUND FEATURES, INCUDING UTIITY OCATIONS WITHIN THE AREA OF CONSTRUCTION.. RED ONE HAS COMPETED ENGINEERING DESIGN OF THE PROPOSED RETAINING WA(S), INCUDING INTERNA STABIITY AND OCA EXTERNA STABIITY WHERE APPICABE, BASED UPON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US AS OUTINED ABOVE. RED ONE ASSUMES THAT OTHERS HAVE DETERMINED THE SUITABIITY OF PACING RETAINING WAS AT THE OCATIONS PROVIDED TO US, INCUDING GEOTECHNICA SUITABIITY AND SITE GOBA STABIITY. 4.0 GENERA NOTES 1. THIS SET OF SEGMENTA RETAINING WA PANS ARE BASED ON THE GRADING PANS REFERENCED IN SECTION 2.0. IF OTHER PANS ARE PRODUCED THAT CONTAIN DIFFERENT INFORMATION THAN THAT REFERENCED, THIS PAN MAY NEED TO BE REVISED AND/OR THE WAS MAY NEED TO BE REDESIGNED. 2. THIS SET OF SEGMENTA RETAINING WA PANS ARE BASED SPECIFICAY ON THE WA BEING CONSTRUCTED WITH ANCHOR DIAMOND PRO STONE CUT BOCK AND MIRAGRID 3XT REINFORCEMENT PRODUCTS. ABSOUTEY NO SUBSTITUTIONS AOWED. 3. OCATION OF THE SEGMENTA RETAINING WA IN REATION TO PROPERTY INES, UTIITY EASEMENTS, WATERSHED EASEMENTS, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF EASEMENTS ARE THE RESPONSIBIITY OF THE OWNER OR THE SITE CIVI ENGINEER. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD ASSUMES NO IABIITY FOR THE OCATION OF THE SEGMENTA RETAINING WA, OR IF CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED SEGMENTA RETAINING WA ENCROACHES ANY PROPERTY INES OR EASEMENTS. 4. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE SITE SURVEYING OF THE SEGMENTA RETAINING WA BE DONE BY THE SITE CIVI ENGINEER OR SURVEYOR AND MUST BE BASED ON COMPUTER GENERATED SITE/GRADING PANS AND NOT PROFIE PANS DONE BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. SURVEYING OF THE SEGMENTA RETAINING WA MUST TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE DESIGN BATTER INDICATED ON THE ENCOSED PANS AND DETAIS. FAIURE TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WA BATTER FOR SEGMENTA RETAINING WA SURVEYING WI PRODUCE INCORRECT OCATIONS OF A TOP OF WAS AND SHA BE CORRECTED AT NO COST TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD OR THE SEGMENTA RETAINING WA CONTRACTOR.. WA GEOMETRY, OCATIONS, SOPES AND SURCHARGE OADS FOR THE SEGMENTA RETAINING WAS WERE MEASURED FROM THE SITE GRADING PAN REFERENCED ABOVE.
