All registered buyers must see and judge the lots for themselves. Inspect all items before participating in any bidding. The Highest accepted bidder is to be the purchaser immediately after such lots have been knocked down to him. The advance in the bidding to be regulated by the auctioneers, who also reserve the right of refusing any bid, remove any lot, and to bid on behalf of the seller s reserve price if so any reserve, but cannot bid more than the stipulated reserve price. Each and every lot shall at the fall of the hammer be considered as delivered and no lot can be removed unit fully paid for without the sanction of the auctioneers. The Auction is recorded via recording device for dispute purposes. Should there be any dispute whatsoever over, or in respect of, any lot the auctioneer shall be entitled to settle such dispute at his sole discretion. The Auctioneer s decision to this effect is to be final. The Auctioneer can refuse or restrict access to the auction and the goods in question if any person is in contravention of these rules. Should the purchaser not comply with any of these conditions, the purchaser forfeits his deposit held at the registration office.
