1 THE VILLAGES AT SKYBROOK NORTH ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES AND APPROVAL PROCESS THIS DOCUMENT WILL BE UPDATED ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS WITH REVISION DATES PROVIDED UNDER THE HEADING OF EACH GUIDELINE SHOWN IN THIS DOCUMENT. ALL HOMEOWNERS/OCCUPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO THESE REQUIREMENTS.

2 The Villages at Skybrook North Architectural Guidelines and Approval Process (Revised 12/29/10) The purpose of this document is to bring awareness and definition to all of The Villages at Skybrook North homeowners about the architectural review and approval process. All exterior improvements with the exception of planting seasonal flowers must be approved in writing by the Board of Directors or the Architectural Control Committee in accordance with all provisions of The Villages of Skybrook North Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The Board of Directors or the Architectural Control Committee reserves the right to grant conditions of approval on a case by case basis and they are issued at the sole descrition of the Board or Architectural Control Committee for all exterior improvments. The architectural review process is governed by Articles 7.17 and and are provided below: According to Article 7.17 Architectural Requirements, No improvement or addition of any kind shall be erected, placed, or altered on any Lot until the construction plans and specifications and a plan showing the location of the structure have been approved in writing by the Declarant, its successors or assigns, in their sole discretion, as to the quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of external design with existing structures, and as to the location with respect to topography and finish grade elevation. According Article Architectural Control, NO BUILDING, POOL, FENCE, WALL, SOLAR PANEL, ANTENNA, DISH, DECK, PATIO, ROOM ADDITION, EXERCISE/PLAY EQUIPMENT OR OTHER STRUCTURE OR IMPROVEMENT OF ANY NATURE ON ANY LOT SHALL BE ERECTED, CONSTRUCTED, DEMOLISHED, OR ALTERED UNTIL AN APPLICATION, INCLUDING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THE NATURE, KIND, SHAPE, HEIGHT, MATERIAL, COLOR, AND LOCATION OF THE SAME, SHALL HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE BOARD OR AN ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE, which has been empowered by the five (5) persons who have been appointed by the Board; provided, however, that no such approval shall be required for alterations to the interior of any residential structure The Board or Architectural Control Committee may refuse approval of plans, location, exterior color or finish or specifications for any reason including purely aesthetic reason, which in the sole discretion of the Board or Architectural Control Committee shall be deemed sufficient. This document provides guidelines for clarification and direction on the following requests: Article Parking-Commercial Vehicles Article Signs, Flags & Awnings Article Fencing Article 7.07 & 7.09 Screening Guidelines Article Accessory Structures Article Exercise Equipment (Including Play Sets) Artilce Landscaping Improvements Article Storm Door Guidelines

3 The Villages at Skybrook North- (Article 7.03) Parking- Commercial Vehicle Guidelines (Revised on 3/2/09) Article 7.03 Parking, no boat, trailer, recreational vehicle, camper, camper truck or commercial vehicle shall be parked, stored or left (a) on any part of the Common Area except such portions of the Common Area (if any) as may be designated by the Board for such purpose; (b) in any driveway or (c) on any other part of a Lot, (d) or otherwise in the Project unless the same are fully enclosed within the garage located on the Lot or otherwise property screened in accordance with the Rules and Regulations For purposes of this Declaration, a commercial vehicle shall include any vehicle having a carrying capacity and/or size designation greater than or equal to three-fourths (3/4) ton; any vehicle other than a law enforcement vehicle bearing a company name or logo; any vehicle with ladders on top or in a truck bed; and any box van or truck. The board shall have the authority to further define the term commercial vehicles in the Rules and Regulations to include other vehicles used primarily for commercial purposes other than commuting to and from the workplace. The Villages at Skybrook North Board of Directors has further defined Commercial Vehicles to include the following: Any work/company owned vans or trucks that have company name(s), logo(s), defining color scheme(s), identifying mark(s) or decal(s) on them. Box vans or trucks with or without utility bed, side bins or lift bucket(s). Passenger vehicle(s) with advertisements or advertising a company name / logo or business. Certain vans or trucks without company name(s) / logo(s) may also be considered a commercial vehicle. However, size and weight of the vehicle would be the main factor in determination. Any pick-up truck with more than one toolbox designed for that vehicle. Homeowners that operate or own commercial vehicles have the following options: Commercial Vehicles may be parked in the garage with the doors closed. Any company name(s), logo(s) or decal(s), etc. must be covered in such a manner not to be visible while the vehicle is parked at the residence. (i.e. use magnetic strips to cover the signage and it must be the same color as the vehicle). This excludes law enforcement vehicles. Tanks designed to carry any material must be stored from sight when vehicle is at the residence. All ladders and/or other construction equipment must be removed and stored from view when vehicle is parked on the property. Trailers or towed devices must be stored out of sight from the street at all times in the garage or may be stored behind the residence only if the trailer can be screened from view of other neighbors. Commercial vehicles may be parked temporarily in driveways once during a calendar month for maintenance reasons. All screening methods must be reviewed and approved by the Board and/or the Architectural Review Committee. Any commercial vehicle found not in compliance with these regulations will be held in violation. If violators continue to break the covenant, legal action will be taken and a $25 dollar a day fine imposed within two (2) weeks after receipt of this mailing to ANY homeowner(s) breaking this covenant. This document is set forth to be the Boards definition of a commercial vehicle. However, the Villages at Skybrook North Board of Directors reserves the right to modify or adopt further definition(s) of commercial vehicles.

4 The Villages at Skybrook North- (Article 7.04) Signs, Curtain, and Flags Guidelines (Revised on 12/29/10) Article 7.04 Sign, Curtains and Flags, No owner shall place on or about any window any metallic foil, or other coating, substance or material which acts as a reflector or light and no owner shall display, hand, store, or use any signs curtains, draperies, shades, stained glass, flags or other articles whatsoever outside of the dwelling on any Lot so as to visible from outside the Lot, excluding seasonal decorations, the flag of the United States of America and as may be permitted by the Rules and Regulations. Flagpoles for seasonal decorations and the flag of the United States of America must be attached to the main dwelling, shall be not more than five (5) feet in length and shall not be mounted on the roof of any dwelling. Notwithstanding the foregoing, one professionally manufactured sign of not more than five (5) square feet advertising a Lot for sale or rent may be placed by the Owner in his Lot in such manner that it will be visible from outside the Lot. The prohibitions in this section shall not apply to Declarant or its agents, who may erect such signs or flags as the Declarant deems desirable to promote the sale of Lots. Flag Requirements: Location and Number: Each lot is allowed to display no more than two (2) flags and they must be presented as described below: One dwelling mounted flag that fixed to a flagpole (no more than five (5) feet in length) and not mounted on any part of the roof is permitted. All dwelling flags shall be mounted perpendicular to the street. One in-ground upright garden flag not exceeding three (3) feet in height is permitted. Types and Size: Only American or Seasonal Flags are permitted on any lot. Seasonal shall pertain to the four seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter) or for any sports team that is currently participating in an athletic season. All dwelling mounted flags shall not be any larger than 3x5. All in-ground garden flags shall not be any larger than 2x2. Content and Material: All flags shall be appropriate in nature and shall not display any offensive or noxious messages or materials. All flags shall be made of cotton and/or polyester material. Prohibited Flags: All mailbox flags and any flag or drap that is not described or erected as stated above are prohibited. Maintenance: All flags shall appear in new condition. Flags that are faded, torn, or ripped shall promptly be removed. Approval Process: All flags are permitted to be installed without obtaining approval from the Archectural Control Committee and are permitted to remain in accordance with the guidelines stated above. Awning Requirements: Permitted Awnings: Retractable awnings which are not intended for extended use (over 24 hours) and are retracted when not in use. All awning colors must match or complement the siding and/or trim colors of the existing home. All awnings shall receive approval from the Board of Directors or Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to installation. Maintenance: All awnings must be maintained and appear in a like new condition. Prohibited Awnings: All awnings that are permanent and do not meet the restrictions listed above.

5 The Villages at Skybrook North- (Article 7.07) Fence Guidelines (Revised on 12/29/10) Article 7.07 Fences, No fence or wall shall be erected on any Lot closer to the margin of the street right of way than the side street setback or the back corners of the dwelling except for temporary decorative fencing installed by the Builder on a model home. No fence or wall shall be erected on any berm of dirt which was placed along the side or rear lot line of any Lot by the Declarant. Screen fencing around patios, decks, pool or sanitary containers not to exceed six (6) feet in height may be erected only with the prior approval of the Board or the Architectural Control Committee. Perimeter fencing shall be picket fencing or decorative metal only, four (4) feet in height, and any other fencing, including chain link or other type of metal fencing, is expressly prohibited The Board will provide specifications for each fence option. Anything to the contrary in this Declaration or the Rules and Regulations notwithstanding, in the event an Owner s rear property line is adjacent to the land that is not controlled by Declarant and is not part of the overall Villages at Skybrook North development or the Owner s rear property line is adjacent to Common Area, such Owner may, with the prior written approval of the Board of Directors or the Architectural Control Committee, in their sole and absolute discretion, install, for aesthetic purposes, privacy fencing around the rear property line of such Owner s Lot, which privacy fencing shall not exceed six (6) feet in height. No Owner shall be permitted to install privacy fencing between Lots now or hereafter located within The Villages at Skybrook North development. Fence Requirements: Permitted FenceTypes: All fences must be wooden picket or decorative metal only, see examples and specifications below. Any combination or additional materials proposed will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All fence postcaps must be approved by the Board or Architectural Control Committee. Rear Yard Privacy Fence (where applicable): The Board and Architectural Control Committee (ACC) have interpreted that any homeowner whose rear property line is adjacent to Common Area does not automatically qualify for a privacy fence. Only in circumstances where the common area abuts land that is not controlled by the declarant or the community and there is an existing visual circumstance that hinders the use or enjoyment of an owners property will the board consider in their review. All privacy fence types will be reviewed upon submittal. No owner is allowed to construct or install any fence without written approval provided by the Board or Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Prohibited Fence Types: All vinyl or chain link fencing is prohibited. Location and Setback: All fencing must be located within the owner s property and no closer to the margin of the street right-of-way than the side setback or back corners of the dwelling. Fencing may not extend past the top of the slope of any berm or fill slope located on any lot. A lot survey is required to be submitted with any fence application identifying the exact location of the perimeter fence. All slopes and berms located on the lot shall be denoted on the survey for review. Decorative Caps: All decorative caps will be reviewed on a case by case basis and must be approved by the Board of Directors or ACC prior to installation. Decorative caps shall not form or contain any sharp or pointed areas including but not limited to trident, blade, spike, pyramid, sundial or similar shapes. Also decorative caps will not utilize or include any glass, fragile plastic, or like materials. Landscaping: All landscaping shown and/or required per the approval of the fence shall be installed no later than 15 days after approvals unless specified by the Board or Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Maintenance: All fences shall be maintained and appear in the condition as provided at installation.

6 Wooden Picket Fences- All pickets must be four (4) feet in height and posts (including caps) may be a maximum of four and one-half (4 ½) feet in height. All pickets must be dog-eared, french gothic, or gothic and four (4 ) inches or less in width. The spacing between the pickets shall be 1 ½ inches and shall be installed on the exterior side of the fence. All wood materials shall be pressure treated southern yellow pine and left natural or stained a natural wood color. Stain samples must be submitted with the application. All gate posts shall be six by six (6x6) and all fence posts shall be four by four (4x4). Spacing between posts shall be no longer than 8 on-center. All hardward must be galvanized. French Gothic Dog-Eared Gothic Decorative Fencing- All decorative metal fencing must be painted black. All decorative metal fencing panels shall be 48 x72 ;.625 Square pickets, Pickets must be located min. 4 on-center, and provide 2 of ground clearance. All decorative metal fencing shall match in appearance and specifications or be submitted as an approved equal with the examples provided below:

7 The Villages at Skybrook North- (Articles 7.07 & 7.09) Screening Guidelines (Revised on 4/24/18) Article 7.07 Fences, No fence or wall shall be erected on any Lot closer to the margin of the street right of way than the side street setback or the back corners of the dwelling except for temporary decorative fencing installed by the Builder on a model home. No fence or wall shall be erected on any berm of dirt which was placed along the side or rear lot line of any Lot by the Declarant. Screen fencing around patios, decks, pool or sanitary containers not to exceed six (6) feet in height may be erected only with the prior approval of the Board or the Architectural Control Committee. Article 7.09 Trash and Vegetation, No trash, rubbish, garbage or other waste material shall be kept or permitted upon any Lot or the Common Area, except in sanitary containers located in an appropriate area screened and concealed from view. This document further describes appropriate areas screened and concealed from view. Screening Requirements: Location and Setback: Screens shall only be placed around patios, decks, pools, hot tubs, and sanitary containers and any other location(s) approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Screens may not be placed on any berm located on any lot. A lot survey is required to be submitted with any screen application identifying the exact location. The homeowner/occupant must have approvals from the Board of Directors or the Architectural Control Committee (ARB) prior to installation. Landscaping: All landscaping shown and/or required per the approval of the screen shall be installed no later than 15 days after approvals unless specified by the Board or Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Maintenance: All screens must remain upright, level and be maintained in like new condition. The screen is not permitted to warp, twist, bend, or be out of alignment at any time. Prohibited Screen Types: Any screening material that is not expressly permitted by this document including but not limited to metal, plastic, or composite materials is prohibited. All temporary/movable screens are prohibited. Permitted Screen Types: All screening for decks, uncovered patios, and pools will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All screening for refuse, recycling, sanitary storage containers, hot tubs, spas, and covered porches and patios shall comply with the requirements listed below: Screening Requirements for Refuse, Recycling and Sanitary Storage Containers All refuse, recycling, and sanitary storage containers are encouraged be stored in the garage on non-pick up days. If the homeowner/occupant desires to store these containers outside, they must meet the following requirements: o The screen shall be four (4) to six (6) feet in height and shall cover the entire width and height of all containers. The screen shall be at least semi-opaque and consist of wood, vinyl, brick, stone or landscaping. Any additional materials proposed will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All wood and/or vinyl screens must match with the siding color of the home in which it is adjacent to. All brick and/or stone colors shall match with the residence and must be submitted for review and approval. o All wood and/or vinyl screens shall be anchored at all corners and ends with a minimum of 4x4 posts set in concrete 24 below ground. All screens shall be secured and fastened at the top and bottom of these posts. o The screen shall directly abut the residence, and be located in the rear yard behind the residence or in the side yard at least 15 from the front plane of the house. In all cases, the screen shall enclose the container(s) on all sides visible from the public street. o The screen must remain upright, level and appear in like new condition. The screen is not allowed to warp, twist, bend, or be out of alignment at any time.

8 The Villages at Skybrook North- (Article 7.14) Accessory Structures Revised 5/9/08 Article 7.14 Accessory Structures, No metal carport, free standing metal garage, or free standing metal utility building shall be erected on any Lot or attached to any residence located on the Lot. Any accessory structure which is approved for construction shall comply with the architectural requirements of Section 7.17 and and shall be located on any Lot so that it is directly behind the residence as viewed from a point on a line of sight along the side of the house perpendicular to the street right of way. Such structure shall not exceed 100 square feet, unless the Board or Architectural Control Committee approves a greater square footage. Accessory Structure Requirements: Location and Setback: All accessory structures must be located so that that they are directly behind the residence as viewed from a point on a line of sight along the side of the house perpendicular to the street right of way. Accessory structures shall not be placed on any slope or berm. According to The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Villages at Skybrook North; Article 4.05 Utility Easements A perpetual easement is reserved over the rear ten (10) feet and side five (5) of each Lot for installation, maintenance, use or repair of public utilities, cable television or public (or quasipublic storm drainage. The owner must locate all accessory structures 10 from the rear property line. All accessory structures proposed on corner lots shall be positioned in a location that is furthest from the street, meets all the setback requirements, and must be approved by the Board or Architectural Control Committee. Size and Scale: All accessory structures shall not exceed 100 square feet and shall not be taller than twelve (12) feet in height, unless the Board or Architectural Control Committee approves a greater square footage. Materials and Color: No metal carport, free standing metal garage, or free standing metal utility building shall be erected on any Lot or attached to any residence located on the Lot. All accessory structures shall be composed of wood and shall be painted to match exactly with the on-site residence predominent siding color. If the accessory structure is covered with siding, all exterior walls will be covered with siding materials that match exactly with the materials, style, and color that is provided on the dwelling. All accessory structures that contain roofs must use shingles that match with the on-site residence (including all materials, colors, and style). Ground Clearance: If the accessory structure has any space or clearance between the ground and the bottom of the structure, under screening will be required around these areas. All materials and under screening are subject to the approval of the Board or Architectural Control Committee. Landscaping: All accessory structures will be required to submit a landscaping plan that will minimize appearance to neighboring properties and be subject to the Board or Architectural Control Committee s conditions of approvals. Accessory structures at a minimum will be required to be landscaped on three sides (not containing a door) with a row of evergreen shrubs (2-3 in height at the time of planting) which will be installed in a 3 wide landscaping bed that consists of pine straw or earth tone mulch. Maintenance: All accessory structures shall receive regular maintenance and will maintain the appearance provided at installation.

9 The Villages at Skybrook North- (Article 7.18) Exercise Equipment Guidelines (Revised on 9/17/10) Article 7.18 Accessory Structures, All swing sets, play structures and similar equipment must be located so that they are directly behind the residence as reviewed from a line of site along the side of the house perpendicular to the street right of way unless otherwise approved by the Board or Architectural Control Committee, comply with the Rules and Regulation, and the location thereof must be approved in writing by the Board or the Architectural Control Committee in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7.17 and of this declaration. All basketball goals must be located behind the front of building façade of the house and if on a corner Lot no closer to the side street right of way than the side street setback shown on the record map, comply with the Rules and Regulations and the location must be approved in writing by the Board or the Architectural Control Committee in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7.17 and No trampolines shall be permitted on any Lot. Exercise Equipment and Play Structure Requirements: Location and Setback: All swing sets, play structures and similar equipment must be located so that that they are directly behind the residence as viewed for a line of site along the side of the house perpedicular to the street right of way unless otherwise approved by the Board or Architectural Control Committee. All swing sets, play structures and similar equipment cannot be erected on decks or patios. According to The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Villages at Skybrook North; Article 4.05 Utility Easements A perpetual easement is reserved over the rear ten (10) feet and side five (5) of each Lot for installation, maintenance, use or repair of public utilities, cable television or public (or quasi-public storm drainage. The owner must locate all swing sets, play structures and similar equipment at least 10 from the rear property line. Size and Scale: All swing sets, play structures and similar equipment shall adhere to the follwing dimensions: The width shall not be longer than twelve feet (12 ); the length shall not be longer than twenty four feet (24 ); and the structure as a whole shall not exceed two-hundred and eighty-eight square feet (288 sq/ft). All play sets will be leveled with the ground plane and shall not exceed a height of 12. Any structure that contains a length, width, or depth dimension of over 10 will be required to submit a landscaping plan that will minimize appearance to neighboring properties and be subject to the Board or Architectural Control Committee s conditions of approvals. Materials and Color: All swing sets, play structures and similar equipment will be constructed with real wood structural components and may consist of one of the following three types: Southern Yellow Pine, Redwood or Cedar. All wood must be stained a natural wood color. All stain colors must be submitted for approval. No plastic or metal swing sets, play structures or similar equipment is allowed, except for plastic slides and/or accessories as attached to approved play structures. All slide plastic will be colored green or earthtone and consist of a polyethylene material. Any roof-top or roof-top structures adjoining the play structure shall match the color of the wood or slide; other colors will not be permitted. All hanging materials and/or play set accessories and its supports shall match the color of the wood or the slide; swing seats and other structures accepted by the Board or Architectural Control Committee are permitted to be colored black in addition to the play structure s and slide colors; ropes and rope ladders will be allowed to be colored black, white, or earth tone colors to match the slide components; all tire accessories will be colored black. Any borders or mulch used in conjunction with play sets shall be submitted for review and approval as a part of the application. Any internal area created by borders must be lined with a weed control fabric and be completely mulched. All proposed play set mulch shall be natural or rubber and must contain a natural wood color (no red, green, blue, etc.). Prohibited Exterior Play Structures: Any play structures that do not meet the requirements list above including but not limited to plastic or metal play equipment, toys, and trampolines are strictly prohibited. Maintenance: All swing sets, play structures and similar equipment shall receive regular maintenance and will maintain the appearance provided at installation.

10 Basketball Goals: All permanent or in-ground basketball goals must be located behind the front building façade of the house and if on a corner Lot no closer to the side street right of way than the side street setback shown on the record map, shall comply with the Rules and Regulations and applicable guidelines listed below and must be approved in writing by the Board or the Architectural Control Committee in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7.17 and All portable or movable basketball goals (with the exception of toy/plastic basketball goals) are allowed to be placed in driveways or on the lawn abutting the driveway without ACC approval and shall meet all of the following conditions: Location and Setback: These goals must be located a minimum of 15 from the curb and shall not be placed or oriented toward the street. Basketball goals shall be upright at all times and not stored on the outside of home. Materials and Color: All basketball goals shall be maintained and appear in the condition as provided at installation; any broken goals shall be removed immediately. All hoops shall have white nets and the net shall not contain any tears or rips. Security: All bases shall be black in color and shall be filled with sand or water for added support. Any additional safety measures may only come from approved tie downs or anchors which mount into the ground or driveway. The placement or stacking of any materials on the goal or base is strictly prohibited.

11 The Villages at Skybrook North- (Article 14.01) Landscaping Guidelines (Revised on 12/2/11) According Article 6.02 Maintenance by Owners, Each Owner, at all times, shall maintain, repair and otherwise be responsible for his Lot and the improvements thereon. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and subject to the requirements of Section of this Declaration, an owner shall be responsible for replacement and reconstruction of improvements on his lot required because of damage or destruction by fire or other casualty According Article Architectural Control, NO BUILDING, POOL, FENCE, WALL, SOLAR PANEL, ANTENNA, DISH, DECK, PATIO, ROOM ADDITION, EXERCISE/PLAY EQUIPMENT OR OTHER STRUCTURE OR IMPROVEMENT OF ANY NATURE ON ANY LOT SHALL BE ERECTED, CONSTRUCTED, DEMOLISHED, OR ALTERED UNTIL AN APPLICATION, INCLUDING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THE NATURE, KIND, SHAPE, HEIGHT, MATERIAL, COLOR, AND LOCATION OF THE SAME, SHALL HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE BOARD OR AN ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE The Villages at Skybrook North Board of Directors has further defined that improvement of any nature shall include landscaping or bedding materials provided on any lot. Landscaping Requirements: Location and Setback: All proposed landscaping revisions and additions shall be planted completely within the property lines. All landscaping shall be positioned so that future growth will not extend over the property lines or encroach on an adjacent property. Size and Scale: All proposed landscaping revisions and additions shall be reviewed and approved at the time of submittal. Materials and Color: No plastic, metal, rubber, or composite materials are permitted on the exterior of any lot including but not limited to planting bed borders. All landscaping beds shall contain natural earth toned colored mulch or pine straw. Red Mulch is prohibited on the exterior of any lot. Rocks and/or stones will not be permitted within any landscaping bed, except for bordering purposes around the bed(s). All rocks or stones used shall display natural colors. All treated or unnaturally colored rocks including but not limited to lava rocks are prohibited. Palm Trees are prohibited throughout the community. Maintenance: All landscaping, planting materials, and beds shall be kept in a good healthy condition and be free of weeds, lawn overgrowth, and any other debris. All expired plant materials including flowers shall be removed promptly. Street Tree Replacement: All homeowners will be required to replace any removed or expired street trees with the same type and species of tree (October Glory Red Maple). Each tree shall be no smaller than 2 in caliper and no less than 8 in height measured from the base of the trunk at the time of install. Each owner will be given the opportunity to accomplish replacement during the planting season (October March) if replacement is identified before that period. Replacement of these trees does not require additional ACC approval.

Materials and Color: All Full-View Doors must have clear glass and be wrapped in a 1 5/8 aluminum frame. The frame shall exactly match the trim color on the existing house and all exterior hardware located on the door must match in color with the existing hardware used on the front door. No homeowner shall place any metallic foil or other coating, substance, or material which acts as a reflector of light. Size and Scale: All storm doors shall be made to fit the door s opening.
