11 Capacity building in statistics 1. Search the necessary resources for developing and filling in of AISS "Electronic Reporting"; 2. Improving the legal framework in line with UN official principles regarding the access to primary administrative data; 3. Implementation of the 2008 SNA; of the Kyrgyz Republic (NatStatCom) 4. Modernization of statistical production and introduction of new indicators; 5. Development and implementation of GIS to use actively for statistical purposes; 6. Strengthening intellectual capacity building in statistics. 11
