JOINT INFORMATION SYSTEM SE-CCI.NET represent a Joint Information System of the Chambers of economy and industry of the countries former YU-republics and the South Eastern Europe Region, aiming to: support small and medium entreprises, expand trade within the Region, promotion and development of ICT in the Region, joint appearances on third markets, increasing of the investments in the Region by third countries.

24 FINANCING OF THE PROJECT The costs for the Project s realization is covered by the national (regional) Chambers of commerce and industry - participants in the Project by using: Their own experiences, knowledge, personal, equipments and other means necessary for the realization of the Project. Commercialising the part of the services will cover part of the costs.

25 THE PROJECT SUPPORT Coordinating body composed of the 7 national coordinators of the Chambers- partners in the Project, namely the Directors or Heads of the Information Centres (in the future it will be more). The successfulness of the realization and implementation of the Project will depend upon the work of the coordinating body.

26 NEXT PHASE OF THE PROJECT I. Implementation of the System for Tenders and Projects with : (National tenders,company tenders, international tenders, privatization etc.) II. Implementaion of the common database Offers and Demands (for all country partners in the project) III. Expanding Projects of the Chambers of commerce and industry network in all countries from South-Eastern Europe

27 PROJECT FUNCTIONING AFTER IT S S IMPLEMENTATION The main characteristic of the Project is its open structure and flexibility, which means that the concept predict superstructure on any base that could not prevent the realization and successful functioning of the Project. Data with fixed period of change will be updated on time, and national (regional) Chambers will guarantee the validity of data entered the system. Increasing role of the Chamber of commerce and industry aiming the law legislation of data

28 SYSTEM S S QUALITY Each Chamber-participant in the Project guarantees the quality of the offered information's and the well-build flexible system will provide updating in time, following the situation in the Region and the companies demand.

29 THE SYSTEM S S SIMPLICITY The well-build information system, easy to search and use, will attract large number of users, and having into consideration that part of the services are commercialised, the preconditions will be created for maintenance and upgrading of the quality system.
