Proper encasement of noise generating sources is done to control the noise levels below 75 db (A) at plant boundary. Maintenance of all equipment is carried out regularly to reduce noise. A proper green belt is developed which acts as a noise barrier. Pumps, motors, gearboxes etc will generate little bit of noise and will be mitigated with regular maintenance. Apart from all these a thick plantation of green belt is developed along the periphery of the compound wall to arrest the noise nuisance during the operation phase. The noise generating from the fabrication & erection of reactor and construction activities shall be very low ne, since no blasting or pilling during construction ise due to movement of trucks during 6.5 From construction or operational traffic construction and operation phase 6.6 From lighting or cooling ise generation from cooling tower fans systems and chilled water system is envisaged 6.7 From any other sources t Envisaged Page 7
