Total points comes from action items and certification projects Total points = points from implementing action items + points from submitting certification projects x 10% Grading criteria for certified projects: Basis point Implementing Authorities Implementing Scope Complexity 5 pt/project City/County: + 1 pt District: + 3 pt Village: + 5 pt City/County: + 5 pt District: + 3 pt Village: + 1 pt Project covering over 1 fields can get extra point. 5 pt/ field Max: 30 pts
24 24 Certification Level Maintenance 1. The certification is good for 3 program years 2. If the certified party wants to extend 3 more years, it has to apply for extension 90 days before certification expiration. Certification Level Upgrade 1. Within the certification year, the certified party can apply for higher level as long as submitting the documentation for the new actions. 2. After upgrading, the certification period is recalculated, and the period is another 3 program years.
