13 Solar PV Standards and Testing Laboratory PV Standards: A safety and quality standards for PV modules and BOS are being finalized by TISO, Ministry of Industry, but the enforcement will be on the voluntary basis not the compulsory one. 16 1st solar thermal power plant of Asean Image: Thai Solar Energy Solar Thermal Power Plant The TS1 project of 5MW is located in the Kanchanaburi province, using the Direct Steam Generation (DSG) technology specially developed to adapt to the Southeast Asian climate. COD is fixed for March 2011 but until now (January 2012) is still not on the grid 1
