2 About us Oman Oil Company S.A.O.C. (OOC) is a commercial company wholly owned by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman. The Company was incorporated in 1996, to invest in the energy and energy-related sectors both locally and internationally. 2

13 The investment in Duqm refinery and petrochemical complex is expected to play a key role in Duqm s industrial transformation Duqm Refinery & Petrochemical complex (DRPIC) Description 50:50% JV partnership between IPIC and OOC Integrated complex developed on 900 Hectare area consisting of 230,000 barrels per day capacity, and designed for petrochemicals expansion Main products Diesel: 12,300 Naptha: 8,300 Jet A-1: 7,850 LPG: 1,100 Coke: 3,600 Sulphur: 700 Key Project upcoming Milestones FEED awarded Q Petrochemicals Master Plan:Q4/2014 Financial Close Out :Q4/2015 Commissioning of Refinery :Q4/

14 The liquid jetty will act as an important link allowing refined products to be transported in and out of Duqm Duqm Petroleum Terminal Company (DPTC) Description 90:10% JV partnership between OOC and Port of Duqm respectively Develop, build and operate the liquid bulk jetties and tank terminal in Duqm port. Provide terminal services to clients logistics requirements such us jetty operations, tank storage, blending, sampling, etc Construction of Jetty and related infrastructure including storage facility expected commissioning in Q1/2018 Key Project upcoming Milestones FEED completion : Q EPC Award : Q Commissioning : Q Liquid jetty 14

15 Once fully operational, Ras Markaz is expected to be the world s largest single storage location for crude oil Oman Tank Terminal Company (OTTCO) Description Located in Raz Markaz 70 km from Duqm port Natural Depth of 32m, able to accommodate VLCC crude ships The project aims to design, construct and operate Crude Oil Terminal and provide the following services: Short & long term storage for crude oil Strategic & Commercial Storage Blending facilities Export and import crude oil Offshore facility able to accommodate any tank size 24/7 operation Storage Capacity = up to 200 million barrel Current states FEED to be awarded in Q

16 Crude oil and gas pipelines are being constructed to transport oil and gas to the refinery Pipelines Description Gas pipeline: Construction of 230 km of 36 pipeline from Saih Nahada to Duqm Industrial area. As well as construction of Gas supply station capacity of 5MM sm 3 /d. It is expected to be commissioned by Q Crude Oil Pipelines: Construction of 2 crude pipelines KM crude pipeline from Nahada booster station to Ras Markaz with handling capacity up to 700,000 bbl/d - 70 km crude pipeline from Ras Markaz to Duqm Refinery with handling capacity up to 300 bbl/d Oil Crude pipeline Gas pipeline 16

17 Dedicated utilities facilities will be established to serve OOC projects & SEZAD s industrial zones Centralized Utilities (CUC) Description Establish a Centralized Utilities Service Company (CUC) to supply essential utilities such as steam, industrial gases, compressed air, process water and waste management. Current status A JV between Takamul hold (65%) and Sembcorp (35%). A JV between Takamul hold (70%) and Air Products (30%).
