10 Reporting of Air Quality Data Air quality information is updated hourly. During haze periods (Jul to Oct) NEA will also provide an air quality forecast for the next 24 hours taking into consideration weather conditions, fire situation in the region and other factors. Introduce new regulations on the composition of petrol and diesel fuel supplied in Singapore from 2017 iii. NEA is working with agencies such as Economic Development Bank (EDB) and the Energy Market Authority (EMA) to help the industrial and power generation sectors improve their processes by switching to natural gas and also improving their processes to decrease their emissions of pollutants.
