Priorities: > Continued attendance at all project meetings > FM review of any design changes > Monitor Variations and change management > Ensure continuing compliance > Plan for FM input to M&E installs and testing and commissioning > Plan for building handover and occupation including space planning > Issue tenders for all FM services > BIM data transfer, asset register and CAFM implementation

Priorities: > Ensure building operates or adapts in accordance with design intent and building operational demands > Audit performance of building and FM team > Management of internal fit outs > Health and Safety Management
