2 RECOGNISING & RESOLVING WORKPLACE CONFLICT HR professionals can resolve conflict by early intervention and preserve workplace culture and productivity. 3 Utilising The Resolution Centre to resolve conflict and grievance will: Provide the parties concerned with an independent advisor and mediator to promptly resolve issues Ensure that a written agreement is developed outlining behavioural guidelines for the future Provide relief for HR professionals for the conflict part of their role Reduce turnover, absenteeism and claim potential through effective resolution Rebuild individual reputations and overall morale by providing employees and employers with a neutral advisor during difficult times Ensure compliance with lawful practices and avoid litigation Reduce the costs associated with workplace conflict HR professionals can select single intervention services where a conflict or grievance exists and must be resolved. Packages are also available which guarantee a pro-active and preventative approach to workplace conflict. These packages can be integrated into the existing HR framework of your organisation. Our professionals work along with you however we handle all grievance and disputes until resolution is reached.
