3 What are e-vouchers? e-vouchers are simply the electronic equivalent of paper vouchers Funds credited to employee s electronic account Employee has ability to decide when and how much to pay carer Payments made on a one-off or regular basis

4 Why choose e-vouchers? No difference in administration of paper or e-vouchers tick of a box! Employees accounts credited with funds, giving them control to decide when / how much to pay childcarer(s) Electronic accounts accessible 24/7 on internet complete time flexibility for busy parents Payments completed quickly with confirmation of actions On-line statement allows employees to view all transactions - giving peace of mind and audit trail Security enhanced via alphanumeric password and ability to pay previously named carer only

5 How does it work? The process is the same as for paper vouchers, except childcarers do not need to redeem actual vouchers payment is simply made straight into bank account Employee orders vouchers via employer Sodexho Pass credits employees e-voucher account Employee pays childcarer on-line Childcarer paid directly into their bank account

6 How does it work? Access site to reach the home page Click login for access to site

7 How does it work? 1. Enter address 3.Employees click login to access account 2. A password is ed the first time the site is used and is changed following prompts Forgotten password click here and follow the instructions

8 How does it work? Current carers are shown here This is the first screen to be seen, showing an overview To arrange to pay a carer, simply select the correct carer and click Pay The last four transactions are shown here To view a full statement of all transactions, click here. A printer friendly statement is available.

9 How does it work? 1. Enter the amount of money to pay the carer in the first box 2. Select either a one off payment or a regular payment from the drop down box

10 How to make a one off payment 1. Enter the date using either the box, or calendar 2. Click Continue to carry on, or Cancel to abort the payment

11 How to make a one off payment Details entered will be displayed on screen, and confirmation requested. Changes and cancellations of payment can be made. Cleared funds will be in the carers account a maximum of four working days after the payment request

12 How to make a one off payment You are returned to the main screen after confirmation of payment is made The payment requested is now shown on screen Details for one off payment shown There is an option to view or modify payments before it enters the banking system

13 How to make a regular payment 1. Enter the payment amount to carer in the first box 2. Payment frequency is requested

14 How to make a regular payment 2. Select the first payment date 1. Having determined the frequency, add the day / date for payment as requested 3. Hit Continue

15 How to make a regular payment Entered details will be displayed on screen, and confirmation requested, changes to payments and cancellations can be made Cleared funds will be in the carers account a maximum of four working days after the payment request

16 How to make a regular payment You are returned to the main screen after confirmation of payment is made The payment requested is now shown on screen There is an option to view or modify payments before it enters the banking system

17 How do they work? By clicking on the buttons on the left hand side, it is possible to access all areas of the on-line account.

18 How do they work? By clicking on the Your details screen, it is possible to view company, telephone number and address By choosing the Modify button it is possible to update the telephone number and/or address information To change your password, select this button

19 How do they work? Save any changes by choosing Update. Changes are not saved if Back is used To change details, simply overtype in the boxes

20 How do they work? Changing your password 3. Click Update to save the changes 1. Enter your old password 2. Enter your new password, (ensuring that it is over eight characters long and a mix of numbers and letters), in the two boxes provided

21 How do they work? The carers who have completed Agreement Forms are shown on this screen Show transactions lists all of the transactions made to the selected carer Carers can be paid direct ly from this screen, as detailed previously Carers can be deactivated (removed from payment screen) or reactivated (added back to payment screen), by using the appropriate button

22 How do they work? Help can be accessed at any time using the button on the left hand side of the screen Frequently Asked Questions are also available at all times via the tab Other tabs of interest are always available at the top of the screen Simply select the area and question of interest

23 How do employees choose e- vouchers? Employees simply tick the relevant box on the Salary Sacrifice form to express their wish to take e-vouchers.

24 In summary E-vouchers are easy to order and administer Parents retain control over payments and can see an audit trail at any time Security considered at length with ability to pay only previously named carers and alphanumeric passwords Easy for carers as payment is made straight into their bank account Employers offer maximum flexibility to their employees by allowing them to choose either paper or electronic vouchers
