GLOBAL CERTIFICATE LEADERSHIP COACH A PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP COACH TRAINING PROGRAM! The Global Certificate in Leadership Coaching allows you to build competency as a coach someone able to help others realize their potential and move to higher performance. Our program focuses on preparing coaches to serve organizations and the people who lead organizations. As a coach, you will leverage a powerful attitude, set of skills and approach that brings out the absolute best in others. You will shift from solving problems to aiding others in coming up with their own solutions. You will gain 60+ hours of coach-specific training that is fully aligned with the International Coach Federation and can be leveraged toward ICF certification. In addition, the training is global in terms of focus and accessibility and is designed to meet the scheduling needs of busy professionals. This is a coaching program for real-world business professionals who want to provide value within business and organizational realities. Ideal participants include senior managers, directors, and leaders who want to develop their staff, improve their organization s talent retention, and increase employee performance. Our program also prepares persons who serve as external coaches, organizational development professionals, trainers, and consultants to increase their value to organizational clients.

2 The GCLC Program is a 64-hour training completed online through live lectures and practicum sessions that meet twice a week for 3 months with a 3-day on-site graduation intensive. Accreditation The program is an Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) program through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). According to the ICF, coaching is described as thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. Neuro Strategic based coaching integrates the scientific study of positive psychology and psycho-linguistics as tools, interventions, and measures that further empower both the coach and client. GCLC students are able to uniquely position themselves as coaches who use scientifically proven approaches to help the Person Being Coached (PBC) achieve greater leadership, business and/or professional growth, communications intelligence, wellbeing, life satisfaction, and personal mastery, faster and more effectively. COURSE OUTLINE Coaching Skills for Busy Managers This foundational module includes 15 hours of training aimed at providing basic understanding of coaching, including: Definitions & Applications Calling, Character & Commitment of a Professional Leader Coach Coaching Skills Models & Examples Coaching Demo Organization Coaching This module focuses on the uniqueness of coaching within an organization. The 15 hours of training includes: Strengths-based Coaching Brain Science Innovation ROI (Return on Investment) One-on-One Mentor Coaching

3 Coaching Tools This 15 hour module introduces the use of various tools for helping to create awareness for determining how individuals can best function to bring about the organization s goals. Content includes: Navigating Assessments Coaching Models Applied Positive Neuro Leadership, Neuro Linguistic Programming & Neuro Science strategies Personal Coaching Styles High Performance Patterns Core Values Index One-on-One Mentor Coaching Advanced Organization Coaching Skills The emphasis of this 15 hour module is on utilizing coaching in our roles as leaders, with teams, and with executives. This advanced skills module will help coaches take the next steps in their development. Content includes: Coach as Leader Coaching Language & Communications Intelligence Coaching Teams Executive Coaching One-on-One Mentor Coaching Coaching Demo TRAINING METHODOLOGY: NSCI utilizes accelerated learning format, via webinar, onsite, or hybrid (webinar + onsite) formats.
