3 1. Production Operator Traineeship Overview The Production Operator Traineeship is offered over a two year period on a fixed-term employment basis. Successful candidates will gain industry trade experience in the form of on-the-job-training and formal training at ACEPT College in Perth. Upon successful completion of the Production Operator Traineeship, individuals will attain nationally recognised qualifications in: Qualification obtained: PMA30108 Certificate III Process Plant Operations Production Operator Traineeship Learning Journey: 2 Pre-site training ACEPT College Offshore Remote site work Progress review Commence 2nd Year Offshore Remote site work Finish Page 2

Production Technician - Career Pathway Upon successful completion of the Production Operator Traineeship the following career pathway is possible with Quadrant Energy: Successful completion of Level 2 Maintenance Technician (E&I) or (MECH) Completion of Production Operator Traineeship Level 1 Production Technician (OPS, MECH or E&I) Level 2 Production Technician (OPS, MECH or E&I) Level 3 Production Technician (OPS, MECH or E&I) Level 4 Production Technician ((OPS, MECH or E&I) Level 5 Production Technician (OPS, MECH or E&I) Production Supervisor Page 3

6 4. How to Apply What We Look For Quadrant Energy is looking for stand-out, high performing candidates who have a passion for pursuing a career in the oil and gas industry. Candidates must demonstrate that they meet the following criteria when applying for a Production Operator Traineeship with Quadrant Energy: Either an Electrical & Instrument, Mechanical Trade or relevant offshore industry experience in oil & gas Successful completion of a Certificate II Process Plant Operations (is an advantage) Technical and problem solving aptitude Able to work fly-in/fly-out rostered shifts The ability to work in a team environment Aligned to Quadrant Energy s culture and values Page 5

How to Apply Application Process 1 Look out for advertised Traineeship positions on the Quadrant Energy website and on SEEK.com (normally advertised in August). 2 Prepare your application: - Cover letter and resume. 3 Submit your application through SEEK prior to the advertised closing date. 4 Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview at Quadrant Energy. 5 Unsuccessful applicants will be notified via .
