11 COME LAVORIAMO Palletways Members collect the pallets from Customers At the Hub, the pallets are sorted by destination The pallets are scanned when they enter the Member s depot The pallets are checked, scanned and transported to the Hub The pallets are transported from the Hub to the destination Member The pallets are delivered and the Live POD is input

To provide this service in full compliance with current legislation, Palletways has specialized internal resources available to Customers and Members for advice and recommendations on ADR related matters. 23 Direct Action Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 286/2005 allows a carrier who has transported goods on the assignment of another carrier to take direct action to obtain payment of the fees owed to the same, against its direct counterparty, as well as against the clients of the same, or any further parties that requested the transport service (for the part of the service performed on behalf of the same). Palletways Customers and Members are safeguarded by an internal protection procedure.
