With more than 30 companies, approximately 4,000 employees, and 197 hectares, the Industrial Park Werk GENDORF is the largest chemical park in Bavaria. As site operator, we ensure that the plants have access to ideal conditions, and can fully focus on their core business. SITE SERVICES Ranging from infrastructure, permits, plant and occupational safety, environmental measurements, plant security, or training: we have developed services that are fully tailored to the needs of the chemical industry. ENERGY & UTILITIES Our composite solutions are significantly more cost-effective as if each customer on site would build and operate corresponding plants on its own. We reliably supply important utilities and media, such as nitrogen, oxygen, or water, and operate production plants and distribution networks around the clock. DISPOSAL Waste and waste water are in good hands with us. Our disposal network integrates seamlessly into the production processes of the companies on site, while also preserving the environment and providing legal security. Ongoing investments maintain the plants at the latest state of the art regarding waste water treatment, for biogas, sewage sludge and residue incineration. LOGISTICS We ensure that the companies in the Industrial Park Werk GENDORF are supplied with all resources, and that produced goods are shipped to customers just in time, safely and cost-effectively. More than 100 logistics employees not only organize the individual consignments, but also have overall responsibility for the logistics of the customers on site. 6 7

We also transfer all knowledge gained from operating an entire chemical park to the chemical and process industry outside of our industrial park. InfraServ Gendorf consolidates a wide range of technical disciplines under one roof, therefore allowing us to find the ideal solution for any task. We not only provide engineering and technical services, but also address IT requirements, as well as training and further education needs. Accordingly, we combine strategic vision with meticulous execution. ENGINEERING We plan, build and optimize plants regardless of whether a new construction or an expansion is involved. More than 100 engineers for process technology, electrical engineering, construction engineering, and process automation work for us as a team, allowing us to transfer turnkey plants. MAINTENANCE Maintenance, service, shutdown planning, assembly: as maintenance partner, our subsidiary, InfraServ Gendorf Technik, makes every conceivable effort to ensure the longest possible, failure-free life of plants. More than 220 specialists have fully committed themselves to plant service work, and combine pragmatic implementation with strategic vision. ENVIRONMENTAL MEASUREMENTS By employing environmental measurements, lab analysis and advanced process analysis technology, we support companies in their efforts to create maximum transparency and environmental safety for their plants. Our continuous measurements and fine-tuned analysis methods ensure that statutory regulations are met and that irregularities are recognized quickly, including for water, noise or emission protection. IT-SERVICES We will accept responsibility not only for portions of, but also for the entire IT system, including the IT center, applications, support, or security technology. Because of our services, our customers do not need to maintain broad in-house IT know-how, and can therefore minimize their cost exposure. TRAINING Our training academy called Bildungsakademie Inn-Salzach has fully specialized on the qualification requirements of the chemical and process industry. With more than 300 lecturers and trainers, this non-profit subsidiary operated by InfraServ Gendorf provides a wide range of training courses, seminars and training certificates rooted in theory, but with considerable ties to practice. 8 9
