17 Challenge : China economy has been easing into New Reality. This means that the price for trucking is not going to increase even though the cost keeps going up. The cost of borrowing money is still high, therefore the pressure to pay back the loan is still much higher compared with the operators in US. 17

18 Opportunity and Challenge at emerging market We regard the merging market as a gross market. It consists of all the South America market, South East Asia, Middle East, North Africa, India, Brazil, Russia, South Africa, Australia and Japan. Opportunity is everywhere at the gross market. But the challenge is always more than opportunity. The key is to build up the business with reliable partner in an organic way. And you have to take the driving seat. 18

19 Opportunity: We see more growth opportunity in Middle East and South East Asia. We also see strong need in fuel tanks, powder tanks and refrigerated truck/trailers. 19
