9 Project & Freight Forwarding ISS Palumbo has been working in the oil and gas industry for more than 40 years. During this time, our Global Project Freight Forwarding division has transported over 5 million paying units across the globe ranging from big machinery, industrial modules and port cranes weighing up to 1,000 tons each. Vessel Chartering for worldwide major ship owners and brokers in the oil and gas industry is part of our core business. In the project cargo business, unpredictable events are commonplace. With our vast experience, we can find the best way to solve any potential problem that may arise during the transportation process. Our experts work with our customers technicians from the outset, in order to study and analyse all the shipment s requirements. Customers are also able to choose the best solution for them from both a technical and financial perspective. Our Vessel Chartering department work closely with ship owners to charter vessels for our customer s shipments (both part and full cargo), by checking and planning all technical, legal and commercial aspects. We also offer a range of supporting ancillary services to enable us to provide our customers with a door to door service, which they can track at any stage of the shipment. These services include; customs formalities, insurance coverage, preparation of all export and import documents and stocking and deposit of goods. 9

Following our partnership with Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS), the world s leading marine, cargo and supply chain solutions provider in 2012, we are able to supply technical, commercial and administrative assistance for all types of transit vessels through the use of ISS extensive network of direct port offices and well-established network of trusted sub-agents. In doing so, we offer our customers the added value of interfacing with a sole partner for a variety of operations. A selection of our wide variety of marine services available include; certificates, crew changes, surveys on board of vessels, welding, visa arrangements, medical assistance, cash to master (CTM), bunkers, customs formalities and other ancillary operations such as the loading/unloading of all types of cargo including break bulk and petrochemical products. 10

22 Landing Craft Vessel ISS Palumbo has an investment in Comarco Palma Ltd., a company owned 50%-50% by ISS Palumbo and Comarco Mauritius Ltd., which owns the landing-craft vessel Comarco Palma. This unit (DWT 1750 tons) was built in 2014 and it is equipped with all the most modern and up to date electronic devices able to ensure a safe navigation and the most effective performance of loading/unloading operations. It also can boast two deck cranes among the most recent and performing currently available in the market. Comarco Palma vessel is in service on the Persian Gulf and East/West African routes thus enhancing ISS Palumbo s involvement in this area. 22
