To develop wide co-operations with members of GFG on the field of sea and air freight. To find a new friends and partners. 2. Is there anything outlined in the rules and regulations of our organization that cause your company concern? If so, please explain. No, there are not such points. 3. Does your company have an exclusive arrangement or commitment with any other freight forwarder in any part of the world that would prohibit cooperation with GFG members? If so, please explain. No, we don t have any exclusive agreement or commitment with any other freight forwarder. 4. Are you aware of the various types of membership, (Observer, Aspirant, Affiliate and Full) their responsibilities and the costs involved? Yes, we are aware of various types of membership. 2 5. Is your company a member of any industry organisation or association whose aims and objectives are similar to the GFG? If yes, please list names of organisations or associations. No, we are not. We are member of PIFFA = Polish International Freight Forwarding Association, but the aims and objectives are rather different from GFG. 6. Please provide specific details as to the ownership of your company: A. Is it privately owned? Yes. If so, please give details of the shareholders, and their percentage shareholding. Raben Sea & Air Holding B.V is owned by Raben Group, which is owned 100%, divided equally by brothers Marco and Ewald Raben. B. Is it a subsidiary of a multi-national? RSA is not a subsidiary, but we belongs to Raben Group which is multi-national and consist of several companies, which are active in logistics, warehousing and road transports but not the sea and air freight. Is it a corporation? We ( RSA ) are not a corporation, but again, we belongs to the Raben Group. D. How long has your company been in business? Since February Please provide details regarding your office and warehouse facilities. A. Approximate size of warehouse No own warehouse, but we may use Raben Polska facility. B. Proximity to airports / ports 2 km from WAW airport, ca 300 km from Gdynia & Gdansk sea port C. Are such facilities bonded? Some of them, yes. I mean Raben Polska warehouses. D. Number of staff members at each facility Warsaw 9, Gadki near Poznan 3, Zabierzów near Krakow - 2 E. Please give specific details as to your company s ability to generate sales. Positives: Professional, experienced staff, flexibility, fast acting and responding on inquiries, friendly attitude & service,good relationships with some VOCC and airlines. Aggressive sales. 4 Negatives: relatively small size of the company, what some consider as negatives, but some as positives. 11. English is the principal language used for all communications with the GFG membership. Will this cause any problem with your staff in attending meetings, answering the telephone, handling correspondence, etc? No, there will be no problem. 12. What are the principle countries or areas that your company generates freight to or from? Please provide specific information. China, India, Korea, USA,Chile, Argentina, Brasil 13. Do you anticipate any difficulty in profit sharing on any business that is generated from a sales lead from another GFG member? No, we do not anticipate any difficulty in profit sharing. 14. Do you understand that any agreement on profit sharing is agreed upon bi-laterally, and that the accounting for such agreement is a matter for the individual members involved? Yes, we do understand, that any agreement on profit sharing is agreed bi-laterally. 15. Do you anticipate any difficulty in attending the required meetings of GFG as prescribed in the rules of the association? No, we do not anticipate any difficulty in attending the required meetings of GFG as described in the rules of the association. Page 4 of 6

Since your knowledge, involvement and exposure of GFG is somewhat limited at this time, do you have any thoughts as to how your company can and will contribute to the well being and future success of GFG? By providing excellent services to all GFG members and promoting GFG group within our customers and partners. 17. Would you have any objection to displaying the GFG logo on company letterhead, airway bills, business cards, etc? This need to be check with our Marketing and PR Department at Raben Group HQ. 18. Would you be prepared to serve as a Board Member, as a member of a sub-committee, or in any capacity that your expertise could best serve the GFG? Yes. 19.
