CAD constructions: We currently use 3D CAD software called Inventor 16 and can offer you the following services in this area New construction and design modifications of components, assemblies, right up to complex machines Transition to manufacturing through preparation of detailed scale drawings Preparation of documentation, exploded views, parts lists, CE documentation Colour plots up to A0 Conveyors: Conveyors are an important automation component in the modern day. We can offer you concept development, construction, manufacture, installation and commissioning all from one source. In the course of our business activities we have already built conveyors making use of the most varied technologies. This includes: belt conveyors chain conveyors hinged slat chain conveyors grid belt conveyors modular belt chain conveyors round belt conveyors vibratory conveyors vacuum-rake puller conveyor systems worm conveyors special heavy load conveyors for concrete pipes Applications of the conveyors: transport of foodstuffs transport of glass or PET bottles in the drinks industry transport of chemical products in a clean room transport of paper carrier bags in a production line

Special machine construction: Many areas of machine construction involve the use of an existing catalogue of solutions. Nevertheless for some applications special solutions are necessary.

Examples of special machines built by us: Concrete pipe inspection system Concrete drainage pipes from Ø250 1500 mm and up to 5 t are transported through a testing lane with a special chain conveyor.

Paper carrier bag manufacturing system Paper carrier bags are laid as blanks in a magazine. A pivot arm picks up the top bag and transfers it to a vacuum rake puller conveyor system.

4 Special machine construction: Many areas of machine construction involve the use of an existing catalogue of solutions. Nevertheless for some applications special solutions are necessary. We can offer you concept development, construction, manufacture, installation and commissioning of your special machine all from one source. Examples of special machines built by us: Concrete pipe inspection system Concrete drainage pipes from Ø mm and up to 5 t are transported through a testing lane with a special chain conveyor. Here a leakage test and a laser contour measurement of the seal area are performed. Finally the concrete pipe is coded with an inkjet printer. Paper carrier bag manufacturing system Paper carrier bags are laid as blanks in a magazine. A pivot arm picks up the top bag and transfers it to a vacuum rake puller conveyor system. Along the linear production line the bags are opened, glue dots are sprayed into the bottom of the bag, a reinforcing card inserted, holes for the carry cord are punched, and the cords pulled from reels, affixed and knotted. Finally the bags are refolded and placed in stacks on a conveyor. Filling system for pharmaceutical products The filling system is located in a completely climate controlled room. The filling of the products must take place only at the exactly correct temperature and humidity. No service personnel can be present in the room. The filling system takes an aluminium compound package from a magazine, and places it on the filling station. Finally the package is inflated and tested for airtightness. Non airtight packages are discarded into a magazine. Airtight packages are filled to the exact gram with the product using a screw feeder and are vacuum sealed. The shape of the sealed package must fit into a predefined cardboard box. This is just a small selection of the many examples realised by us!
