3 Project initiation DOWs: Definition phase s ATM Master Plan and Work Programme into DoWs BAFOs: Members offers (BAFOs) provide a technical description, the contribution of each Project contributor (efforts, assets, services, ), SJU selection: SJU Members have been awarded a number of R&D and management activities in response to their BAFOs Project initiation: DoWs v4.0 + BAFOS = first baseline for work programme and organisation breakdown definition Must be refined before launching the execution of R&D, with a view to preparing the updated baseline of each Project s execution.
