2 PRONTO RAPID SAFETY RELIEF VALVE ASSEMBLY AND DELIVERY PROGRAM Pronto is a unique initiative that gives you access to the most frequently specified Emerson pressure relief valve models available in 15 working days*. From dedicated Australia and Singapore stockholding, assembly and testing facilities, Emerson can now quickly ship a broad selection of models from its established and proven Crosby spring loaded safety relief valve ranges anywhere in Asia Pacific. Manufactured to Emerson s exacting quality standards, all valves in the Pronto program offer a set number of options and accessories, are supported by specific documentation and carry the ASME UV mark (all locations) and additionally AS1271 mark (Australia facility) and Singlas certification to ISO/IEC (Singapore facility). In addition, Emerson s Pronto is the first and only National Board certified ASME certified facility in the southern hemisphere. 3 PRESSURE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS RELIABLE, PROVEN PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES - PRONTO The models available include standard spring loaded valves in a wide range of sizes and flange ratings covering set pressures from 15 psig (1 bar) to 1480 psig (102 bar). Portable, threaded connection pressure relief valve designs are available for set pressures ranging from 15 psig (1 bar) to 5000 psig ( bar). CROSBY SERIES 900 OMNI TRIM DIRECT SPRING OPERATED RELIEF VALVES Series 900 OMNI-TRIM spring loaded pressure relief valves provide overpressure protection on air, gas, vapor, liquid, thermal relief and steam service. Maximum fixed blowdown is set at the factory, typically 20% or less. Standardization of components in the OMNI-TRIM design provides easy assembly, durability and lower repair, maintenance and inventory costs than valves having varying internal materials. CROSBY SERIES 900 OMNI TRIM CROSBY SERIES JOS-E AND JBS-E DIRECT SPRING OPERATED RELIEF VALVES Four styles within this API standard 526 series are available in the Pronto program. Series JOS-E and JLT- JOS-E are the standard conventional relief valve designs for air, gas, steam and vapor applications and liquid service respectively. Series JBS-E and JLT-JBS-E are designs with balanced bellows which minimize the effects of back pressure. Each is available with metal-to-metal seats for optimum tightness and minimum maintenance. A QUICK SHIP DELIVERY PROGRAM All valves within the Pronto program are available for shipment throughout Asia Pacific for shipment in five to fifteen working days.
