Based on many years of experience, we offer complete automation solutions, where everything from design and construction to production and testing takes place in Denmark. Egatec Packaging Int. was founded as a subsidiary of Egatec A/S in 2016 where its core business is modular standard solutions within packaging, palletizing and internal transport for the end-of-line, both nationally and internationally. Whether it is standard or customization, stand-alone or turn-key solutions, our goal is to produce innovative and high quality solutions for our customers which help to ensure the highest possible optimization of the production processes and lowest production costs. 4 COMPACT SOLUTIONS FOR ALL INDUSTRIAL NEEDS A-ONE SERIES DISPENSER MACHINE WITH BUFFER In May 2016 we acquired A-one Packaging and have maintained the A-one product series which provide us with cost effective compact case packers and destackers for the food segment. The dispensing machine with buffer is an automation solution with a high buffer capacity which: A-one case packers successfully automate the process of moving the product from packing machine to transport container with maximum flexibility. Regardless of how the products are packed - bags, cartons, boxes or cases and regardless of whether the product is dispenses both cups/trays ensures long periods between refills performs up to 130 complete cups per minut allows placement of an inner part in cup or tray, for example strainer or bottom can be supplied with format option so you can run several types of cups/trays in the same unit fruit or vegetables fish, meat or poultry bread etc., it can be managed effectively and easily adapted in existing packaging lines.
