4 What is required to use this program? Dealer/Retailer/ Fleet: High-Speed Internet Access, a laser quality printer, Access to Entirenet with Warranty Adjustment permissions Tech. Services : (Bridgestone Field Engineer) Current Warranty Inspection laptop application, Optional: Internet access and access to Entirenet Dealer/Retailer: Home Office Employee Internet access, Access to Entirenet with Invoice permissions Optional: Laser Printer
5 Quick Overview of the Process 1. A Dealer Inspector / Fleet Employee submits an adjustment for a customer and enters it into the online warranty system via Entirenet. 2. The Tech Services Field Engineer synchronizes his/her laptop before reviewing tires at the warehouse. Once at the location, the field engineer reviews the tires submitted for warranty adjustment. The engineer approves/denies the adjustment and submits them to Bridgestone. 3. The data is electronically sent to Bridgestone. Once clearing all the checks and balances, an invoice and credit is generated. If the claim is denied, a reason is displayed. The invoice can then be viewed at Dealer Corporate Office. 6 How to apply for Warranty Adjustment access For users without an existing Entirenet ID Go to: Click on Apply for Access Click on Warranty Adjustments on the bottom left under User options Your access will automatically be granted. If you already have an existing Entirenet Id, follow steps on the next page Note* You must have an Entirenet ID to access Warranty Adjustments
7 How to apply for Warranty Adjustment access For users with an existing Entirenet ID Go to: Login using your userid and password Click on My Profile located at the top right of the screen Click on the Request Access tab. Click on Warranty Adjustments on the bottom left Your access will automatically be granted. Note* If you need help with your existing Entirenet ID, please call the Entirenet Help Desk at Between 7 AM 5 PM CST
8 Logging into the Entirenet system: Go to: Enter your Entirenet UserID & Password
9 Entering the Warranty Adjustment system Select the Warranty Adjustments feature.
10 Select Non National Fleet or National Fleet. Select the proper Warranty Adjustment type:
11 Warranty Adjustment Form: Consumer or Commercial Vehicle Complete the Customer Information, Vehicle Information, Tire Information & Tire Line Items before submitting the form by selecting the button on the bottom right 7
12 Warranty Adjustment Form: National Fleet Key in the search criteria for the fleet. The search displays a list of Fleets that meet the search criteria. Select the desired Fleet Name
13 Warranty Adjustment Form: National Fleet The system automatically populates the Fleet information Complete the Vehicle Information, Tire Information & Tire Line Items before submitting the form by selecting the button on the bottom right 7
14 Confirmation: A confirmation page is displayed asking for verification that the information on the form is correct. If it is not, just click on Return to Previous Page located at the bottom of the page. Once all information is verified, the form is sent to the Dealer Inspector by clicking on the Button located at the bottom right of the page.
15 Printing: Print the Form: Print 2 copies of the form; one for the customer and one for the store s files. Print the Labels: Print the shipping labels next. Note: You must check the box confirming you have the customer s signature in order to print the Shipping Labels. 8
16 Print the Labels: Print the bar-coded label and attach it to the tire with clear tape. Labels get printed out with: Adjustment Number Tire Description Company Information Tire Information Barcode Then the labels are securely taped to the tire(s). 10
17 Searching for Warranty Adjustments There are two ways to search for Warranty Adjustments. 1. Enter the Warranty Adjustment number. (this will bring up the adjustment form immediately) Select the criteria from the drop-down menus. This will create a listing of all adjustments meeting the criteria selected. a. From the search results you may sort adjustments by clicking on the Header b. Clicking on any adjustment number from the list will display the adjustment form.
18 What Happens Next? The Bridgestone Tech Services Field Engineer reviews the Warranty Adjustment information and if approved, submits it to the Bridgestone system for processing. Approximately 24 hours later the credit amount for the Warranty Adjustment will be ready for viewing on Entirenet under Invoices. Note: In order to see adjustment credits on Entirenet, you must be approved for the invoice feature by the company s primary contact (eg. owner, comptroller, etc.).
