Services owns, develops and distributes Omni Accounts accounting software and was founded in 1984 by Chris and Andy Kudla. The company successfully developed and distributed a DOS-based turnkey software solution called Orbit Accounts. With the advent of Windows, CK Services completely re-wrote the software for a Windows platform in 2002, and at the same time moved away from Direct-Selling to distributing the software through a dealer network. At present there are approximately 900 registered dealers of Omni Accounts in the SADC region and abroad and in excess of registered users of Omni Accounts across the world in countries including Angola, Botswana, Congo, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Lesotho, Malta, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Netherlands, Panama, Seychelles, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Switzerland, Tanzania, the United Kingdom, United States of America, Zambia and Zimbabwe. 2 Our products include Omni Essential, Omni Trader, Omni Business, Omni Enterprise, Omni Premium and Omni Point of Sale. All built on a common database throughout, combined with a unique pick-and-mix approach to how a customer builds their package means that you as a customer, can effectively customise an off-the-shelf product to do exactly that which you need it to, simply by adding those features which you require. This in turn means that Omni Accounts is able to cater to an extensive range of business types and sizes. From the small start-ups through to large organizations, Omni counts among its large customers Shaves Industrials with 100 terminals across 6 branches and Rubicon Electrical with some stock items and multiple branches as well. Omni Accounts is ideally positioned to cater for the Pastel Partner size client through to Pastel Evolution/Syspro and AccPac size clients. Our Enterprise and Premium offerings are sold inclusive of a fully-customisable report writer which enables you as the user to draw information in and format, so long as it is contained in your Omni Database. Features of Interest: Bill of Materials: allows for the creating of Recipes and sub-recipes, taking into account multiple units of measure and production stops. Decanting Batches: enables the user to decant stock from one unit into another. Job Costing: allows you to create Jobs and post costs from Supplier Documents, Stock Issues, Banking and Nominal Ledger. Jobs can be invoiced from a quote or invoiced as per costs. You also have the ability to create a Production Batch by drawing a recipe onto a Job Card. This enables you to manipulate the ideal raw material/finished goods quantities in accordance with what was physically manufactured. In the case of the chemical industry, this is a must, especially where the amount of a product produced is dependent on variables such as the temperature, acidity/alkalinity present.

3 Communications: a CRM component which enables you to track communications with your debtors and creditors.

4 Advanced Data Analysis: enables the graphical representation of reports and the creation of pivot-tables within Omni Accounts. Multiple Stock Warehouses: allows for the creating of physical and virtual warehouses, under one roof or geographically separate. Vehicle Loading and Customer Routes (This is not a third-party product): allows you to create loads for vehicles, add orders to the load and control load weights. You are also able to print loading sheets and Customer Lists for loading and delivery purposes. Customer Routes enables you to create routes and define the sequence in which customers on each route must be delivered.

5 Omni Automation: enables you to automate Omni Functions. This would enable for instance the automatic importation of Sales Orders generated by reps if they were in the field and taking orders on a portable hand-held device. The frequency with which Sales orders are imported can be determined by the end-user. Stock Bar Codes: enables the capturing of Stock Bar Codes into the system allowing for easy and efficient scanning of stock. These are attached to the Stock Item, so can be used with Invoicing (Debtor and Creditor), Stock Takes, Serial and Batch Number Tracking as well as scales. Mixed Stock Valuation Methods: allows you to define valuation methods per stock item rather than an overall valuation method for all stock items. Stock Serial and Batch Numbers: allows the user to track both Batch and Serial Numbers throughout the production process and beyond. In addition there are three different tiers to batch numbers which offers you even greater control if required. No Annual License Fees: The only yearly fee is an Upgrade Subscription to keep your software version number current.
