10 Market Data and Reports Free market data and reports in the form of an interactive reporting dashboard, where you could understand how y agency is performing against competitors in your local market (the local market being defined as 'all suburbs in wh agent has had active listings within the past 12 months'). Possible reports include: 1. Share of new listings 2. Time on market (comparative view) 3. Share of sales (for your specific market) 4. Conversion rate (percentage of listings converted to 'active' to 'sold') 5. Supply and Demand (a gauge of active listings and market interest) 6. Price per m2 (comparative view) This data would be based on REA's own historical data. Please note: in all cases, the reports would identify your ag but not your competitors by name.
