1 Infinite Wrap Options CONTEST OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 1. The Infinite Wrap Options contest ( Contest ) begins on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 8 a.m. ET, and ends on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET or once all PIN Codes (defined below) have been submitted, whichever occurs first (the Contest Period ). A total of 5,000 unique PIN codes (each, a PIN Code ) will be available for distribution. The number of PIN Codes available for distribution will decrease as they are distributed in accordance with these Official Contest Rules (the Rules ). By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Rules. 2. To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a large-format graphics manufacturer (a Shop ) in Canada. Employees of Shops who are entering the Contest on behalf of their business and must have permission from their employer to do so. NOTE: Prize is provided to the Shop owner or principal to award at their discretion. Prize is not awarded directly to the employee recipient who redeems the Game Piece. Employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of 3M Canada Company (the Contest Sponsor and/or 3M ), its parent organization, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfilment of the Contest (collectively, the Contest Parties ) are ineligible to enter or win. 3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are three (3) ways to obtain a PIN Code, as follows: a. Eligible Purchase: Purchase a specially marked box of one of the following eligible materials: 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC-10, 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC-114, 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC-120, 3M Scotchlite Print Wrap Film 780mC-10R, 3M Envision Print Wrap Film LX480mC, 3M Envision Print Wrap Film SV480mC, 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180C-10LSE, 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180-10SLS or other specially-marked eligible products from 3M or from a participating 3M authorized distributor (while supplies last) (each, an Eligible Product ) between Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 8 a.m. ET and Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the Purchase Period ) (collectively, an Eligible Purchase ), to receive one (1) PIN Code, while supplies last. OR b. Sample Request: To receive a PIN Code (while supplies last) without having to make an Eligible Purchase visit 3M.ca/InfiniteWrapOptions during the Purchase Period and complete the Sample Request Form that includes your first name, last name, telephone number, complete mailing address, address (collectively, a Sample Request ). If your Sample Request is submitted and received in accordance with these Rules (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), you will receive an that includes notification that one (1) PIN Code will be mailed to you through Canada Post with a sample package of printed Eligible Products (while supplies last). The Released Parties (as defined below) take no responsibility for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed Sample Requests. PINs can be entered on 3M.ca/InfiniteWrapOptions until Friday, January 12, There are 100 No Purchase PIN Codes available. OR c. HP Inc. Special Purchase: To receive 10 PIN Codes (while supplies last) purchase an eligible HP Inc. printer during the Purchase Period. Visit 3M.ca/InfiniteWrapOptions and enter your first name, last name, telephone number, complete mailing address, invoice number and distribution company (collectively, a HP Printer Purchase ). If your HP Printer Purchase is verified by HP, you will receive an notification that 10 Pin Codes will be mailed to you through Canada Post (while supplies last). The Released Parties (as defined below) take no responsibility for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed Sample Requests. PIN Codes can be entered on 3M.ca/InfiniteWrapOptions until Friday, January 12, Once you have obtained a PIN Code, visit 3M.ca/InfiniteWrapOptions (the Website ) and follow the onscreen instructions to submit your PIN Code (and any other required information) during the Contest Period (collectively, a PIN Submission ). In order to be eligible, your PIN Submission must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please retain your original PIN Codes, as applicable, as they may be required to be presented to the Contest Sponsor as part of verification procedure outlined below. 4. No limit. Enter often: There is no limit to the number of PIN Code submissions per entrant. However, a PIN Code can only be entered into the contest once. Sample requests are limited to five per company. If it is discovered by the Contest Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Contest Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed any of the limits stated in

2 these Rules; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; (iii) falsely enter a PIN Code without obtaining a PIN Code in accordance with these Rules; (iv) re-enter a PIN Code a subsequent time after its first use; and/or (v) enter a PIN Code that has been falsified, manipulated or otherwise altered in any way (all as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, illegible or incompatible PIN Submissions (all of which are void). Your PIN Submission may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor) it is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. All Eligible Purchases, Sample Requests, PIN Codes and any other information in any way connected with this Contest (collectively, Contest-Related Information ) and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Contest Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Contest- Related Information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Contest Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Contest Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Contest Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). 5. Instant Win Prizes: The following instant win prizes are available to be won throughout the Contest: 1 prize consisting of one 21.5-inch desktop computer. One (1) Early Bird Prize: The following early bird prize is available to eligible entries received by September 28, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.: 1 prize consisting of one pallet of 5 rolls of 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC-10 and 5 rolls of 3M Wrap Film Gloss Overlaminate ARV is $10,000. The pallet of product will be delivered to the winning graphics manufacturer location by November 28, The PIN entry from the Early Bird Prize is not eligible to win the Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize: The following grand prize is available to eligible entries received during the Contest Period: 1 prize consisting of one HP Latex 365 Printer. The approximate retail value of one printer is $32,000.

3 The total ARV of all prizes is $83,086 CAD. 6. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute each Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prize is unavailable. All characteristics and features of each Prize, except as otherwise explicitly stated above, are at the Contest Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. Each Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein. There is no limit to the number of Instant Win Prizes awarded per entrant. A PIN code from an instant win prize remains eligible to win the Early Bird Prize or the Grand Prize. 7. On October 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. ET, a random draw for the Early Bird Prize will occur in Mississauga, Ontario at Sign Expo Canada 2017, and on January 18, 2018 at 11 a.m. ET, a random draw for the Grand Prize will take place in London, Ontario from among all eligible and applicable PIN Submissions received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning the Early Bird Prize and the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible PIN Submissions received prior to each applicable draw date. 8. Each Instant Win Prize will be assigned a randomly computer-generated PIN Code before the Contest Period. If an eligible entrant makes a PIN Submission with that corresponding PIN Code, the entrant will become eligible to win that corresponding Instant Win Prize. Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per PIN Code. Each potential Instant Win Prize winner will be notified of the potential win via a peel and reveal sticker and confirmed on-screen after he/she has performed the PIN Submission. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are one in Potential Instant Win Prize winners will be notified of the potential win of that Prize via a pop-up message that appears on screen after he/she completes their PIN Submission. Before being awarded an Instant Win Prize, each potential winner will also be required to print, sign and submit, a full declaration and release form (in the automatic sent, and returned to 3MGraphics.ca@mmm.com) stating that, among other things, he/she has read and understood these Rules, grants all consents required, authorizes the Contest Sponsor to broadcast, publish, disseminate and otherwise use his/her name, city/town/village and province/territory of residence, photograph, voice and any other likeness, in connection with any promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and/or information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner, beyond the awarding of or participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as awarded and releases the Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties ) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof. If a potential Prize winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize). 10. The Contest Sponsor will notify each potential Early Bird and Grand Prize Winner that he or she may have won a Prize by phone within two (2) business days of the draw (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). ANYONE DEEMED BY THE CONTEST SPONSOR TO BE IN

4 VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE CONTEST SPONSOR AT ANY TIME. 12. All Contest-Related Information becomes the property of the Contest Sponsor. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/territorial and municipal laws. The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of the Website during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Contest-Related Information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant s or any other person s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; and/or (v) any combination of the above. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted a PIN Submission, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require the individual(s) claiming to have submitted a PIN Submission to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Contest Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that he/she is the individual who obtained the applicable PIN Code in accordance with these Rules (failing which such individual may be disqualified, as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). The Contest Sponsor reserves the right subject only to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the Régie ) in Quebec, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failure. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Contest Sponsor subject only to the approval of the Régie, reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more PIN Codes are printed than intended to be distributed according to these Rules, then, in addition to having the right to terminate the Contest immediately, subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion (subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec), to invalidate all PIN Codes printed in excess of the number of PIN Codes intended to be distributed according to these Rules and a PIN Code holders only remedy in this regard will be to receive a replacement PIN Code, while supplies last. If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, a PIN Code is unusable for the purposes of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, the applicable participant s only remedy in this regard will be to receive another PIN Code, while supplies last. If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more Prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to these Rules, or in the event that due to such error, a valid Prize claim is revealed, making the number of valid Prize claims greater than the number of Prizes available under these Rules, a random draw will be held after the Contest closes from amongst all eligible Prize claimants to award the remaining number Prizes (as determined by the Contest Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion on the basis of its official records). In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of Prizes in these Rules. For Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quebec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 13. By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Contest Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted in the course of participating in this Contest for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Contest Sponsor s privacy policy (available at: 3M.ca/InfiniteWrapOptions). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Contest Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of his/her personal information, including, without limitation, opting in to consent to the use and/or disclosure to HP. 14. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest related materials, including but not limited to the Website, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and French version of these Rules, the English version shall prevail, govern and control. 15. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade-names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the
