5 CREATING YOUR CUSTOM MINTS Ink colors PMS match - no additional charge. PMS match may be up to two shades off, we cannot guarantee a perfect match. Metallic and neon inks are not available. Wrapper Colors Large Wrappers are available in White and Clear (No additional charge). Metallic Gold or Metallic Silver: $10(V) per case If you wish to have a color flooded in the background, that will count as one of your three colors (minimum order five cases for two to three color imprint). Small Wrappers are available in white or clear only. Large Wrappers Large Candies Only One-color imprint Two case minimum, front and back imprint. 9 TERMS & CONDITIONS Information Needed to Process Orders: We require all orders to be placed in writing. Please identify yourself in the subject line and include order, artwork, purchase order number, billing & shipping addresses, contact person, phone, fax, , ASI number and payment method. Orders can be submitted to or faxed to Lead Time New Orders: Eight production days plus shipping, pending art approval and receipt of complete order. Lead Time Reorders: Five production days plus shipping, pending receipt of complete order. Set-up Charge: $60(V) per color, up to three colors, please specify PMS colors. If you change the wrapper color, that counts as one of your colors. Reorder Set-up: $15(V) per color Metallic Wrappers: Metallic Silver and Metallic Gold wrappers $10 (V) per case Drop Ship Fee: $15(V) per additional location (Drop ships are multiple shipments on the same date to more than one location). Rush Service: $100(V) for new art, $60(V) for reorders. Lead Time for Rush Orders: New art - six business days, reorders - four business days, plus shipping. Paper Proofs: One free proof plus one revision for new art. Additional revisions are $15(V) per change. Please specify address to send proof. Repeat Proof Charge: $15(V) Please request on purchase order. Change Order Fee: $15(V) per change within an order, such as ink and wrapper colors, flavor change, address change, etc. NOTE: We cannot make changes to orders that are in production. This includes changes in quantity, ship method, ship date, address, and item or imprint. Additions to orders already in production require a revised or new purchase order. Price changes may apply. Changes may cause a delay in shipping. Minimums: Two case minimum for one color imprints. Five case minimum for two and three color imprints. In addition there is a $60 (V) set-up charge per color. If you wish to have a color flooded in the background, that will count as one of your three colors. Five case minimum for Starlites and Fruit Buttons Large Wrappers: An assortment of five different messages, up to three color imprint. Small Wrappers: White or clear, starlites and fruit buttons only. An assortment of six different messages, up to three color imprint. Inactive Plates: Inactive plates are discarded after three years and a new plate must be ordered. Method of Payment: Credit card or check. Prepayment is required for first time order either by check or credit card. Large orders may require a 50% deposit. Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been confirmed it may NOT be cancelled. Payment is expected on all confirmed orders. Return Policy: No returns are allowed without prior approval from Hospitality Mints. Orders should be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival. Complaints must be made within five days of delivery. Prices, minimums and terms are subject to change at the discretion of Hospitality Mints, LLC. We are not liable for pricing in other publications, websites or other sources that may be different from our pricing in this catalog. Spec Samples: Individually Wrapped Mints: $130(P) includes 50 pieces of mints, white wrapper and one color imprint. Price increases to $150.00(P) for gold or silver wrappers. For a two or three color imprint add $60(V) set-up charge per color. Lead Time: Eight production days plus shipping. Please discuss time sensitive issues with Customer Service. Samples: Standard Sample Kit includes variety of mints and wrappers. Lead Time: Four production days plus shipping. For Stock Orders: One case minimum Lead Time: Five production days plus shipping from receipt of complete purchase order No Set-up Fee Rush Service: $60(V) Lead time four business days Drop ship Fee: $15(V) per additional location All stock orders are made to order based on wrapper design and candy type. Any other combination of wrapper and/or candy is considered custom. Stock wrappers cannot be customized. 6
