2 Introduction Welcome to Ink Spot, one brand, delivered through three divisions, consisting of; design, print and art & crafts. One common goal, to provide all our clients with service levels that exceed expectations, provide solutions through our products and deliver at competitive prices. We are an innovative and dynamic family run business that has developed over 44 years of trading, now delivering products to our local community, as well as our national and international client base. Our continued investment in the best of technology and products, allows us to take our family traditions and values to a commercial offering for our customers, whatever their requirements. As part of that continued investment and development, the business today communicates with a wide audience of clients and individuals, and our operations see us deliver for sectors including SMES, Local Government, Football Clubs, Solicitors, Doctors, Dentists, Renewable Energy Companies through to Sole Traders and New Start Businesses. Through our three divisions, our multitude of products offer solutions for many people. We assist in developing your business with communication, operational and marketing products, we offer a vast selection of products for day to day stationery requirements and through our shop, we supply everything from a pen to the latest art and crafts and toy trends. 3 Design Often, our clients require something that allows them to stand out...they trust us to do just that! Through our design department, we offer solutions that create brands and identity, deliver effective promotional and marketing documents and provide artwork and design to allow you to stand out from the crowd. Our fully equipped design studios have the latest technology available, but more importantly, have the right people in place to understand, discuss and implement your requirements to the best of effect. We offer two main services through our Design Division. Firstly, we offer clients a creative service. Concepting brands, creating logos and identity, developing your brand through brochures, posters and more. Secondly, we can offer our clients an artwork and brand management service, where we can deliver new/revised layouts from existing brand and identity guidelines, typesetting for menus, brochures and magazines, as well as making sure your files are print ready to be passed to our Print Division. Throughout our Design Division, we have delivered collateral that communicates brand, engages audience and of course delivers return on investment. Our approach to brand and design for communications and collateral, is to understand the audience, to distribute materials that drive response for your organisation. We encourage our clients to contact our Design Division, chat through their organisation, audience and communications, from which point, our designers will make sure you and your brand are noticed, understood and reacted upon. 3 4

4 Print The process of communicating through printed materials has developed over the years and at Ink Spot, we have continually invested in staff and training, equipment and processes to allow us to be at the forefront of our industry. Our Print Division facility has a common approach and goal to service our customers needs; create quality printed documents time after time, that deliver response. Throughout our Print Division and operations, our staff, are knowledgeable as to what methods of print will work for your requirements. We are litho print people to start with, it is our history, but we have embraced the digital print era and provide many solutions for our clients, but with a firm understanding of print firstly. Through our Print Division, our litho and digital services and products work hand in hand to provide customers with full print communication solutions. Decisions to best production, litho or digital, are made through client needs. For instance, you may require a same day, small run of invites or flyers, that would be best produced digital. Following these and what they are communicating, you may require a full corporate company folder and inserts, which our litho department would control. In other words, whatever your print needs, whatever the quantity you require and whenever you need it for, Ink Spot are a print partner you can trust, time after time, sheet after sheet. 5 The Shop Our Shop Division has been serving the local community and beyond for over 35 years. Today we offer an abundance of art and crafts, stationery products and educational toys and games. Throughout our Shop Division, we have solutions for many and varied customers. The art student and enthusiast that requires art materials for all projects, the designer that requires print and mounting materials for presentations, the office manager that requires urgent stationery to keep operations moving and the parents and children looking for the next craze in toys. The list is endless and the Shop Division offers solutions for craft, work, cookery and more. Through our Shop Division, we stock the world s leading brands and with our dedicated courses, training workshops and staff, you always have someone to speak with, discuss and gain ideas, as well as assisting in product choice. We only stock products; gifts, toys, jigsaws, art supplies, craft materials and stationery, that we have researched and approved ourselves. We are art and craft enthusiasts as you are, we are parents with children who are always looking for the next must have toy and game also and as with all our areas of expertise, we are always keen to assist.
