6 TERMS & CONDITIONS Cost of Operations: The Sponsor/Attendee understands and agrees that all expenses for shipping and handling of any exhibitor-provided booth properties and other materials into and out of the conference area, and all other costs incidental to the operations are not part of the conference fee and are to be paid by the Sponsor/Attendee. Assignment and Use of Event Space: BluJay Solutions will assign exhibit space at its reasonable discretion. Requests will be taken into consideration when assigning exhibit space. Sponsor acknowledges that BluJay Solutions reserves the right to reassign exhibit space or alter event layout at any time. Release of Information: BluJay Solutions bears the right to withhold all attendee names and/or contact information from sponsors/exhibitors to protect the attendee s privacy if requested during the registration. Event Marketing and Publicity: Any publicity such as press releases, marketing materials, etc., associated with your sponsorship must be approved by BluJay Solutions in writing or by . Payment Terms: Signed contract and 50% deposit is required no later than March 1, The remaining non-refundable 50% must be received no later than April 1, If full payment is not received by April 1, 2018, your sponsorship will be automatically released. This sponsorship is stand-alone and cannot be transferred or combined with any other offer, discount or sales relationship with BluJay Solutions. Cancellation: In the event any Sponsor/Attendee wishes to cancel all or part of the sponsorship, the Sponsor/Attendee will be liable as follows: a full refund of the total sponsorship fee will be granted for cancellations received by BluJay Solutions in writing before March 1, Between March 1 and April 1, a 50% refund will be given.
