3 VIN Grounding Welcome to Nissan Canada Finance RPM. Please go to enter your user ID and password and click Login. This is your RPM Dashboard. From here you can view all remarketing activity for your dealership. To ground a vehicle, enter a VIN into the VIN field and answer the repossession Yes or No question.
4 You will then be presented with a variety of grounding questions; proceed by answering questions regarding vehicle information, disposition and payment then click Continue. Confirm the correct odometer reading has been entered, enter the replacement VIN (if applicable), number of keys and click Continue. Review vehicle information and click Continue.
5 Vehicle Disclosure Form With the lessee present, complete the mandatory vehicle history questionnaire, then click Print. Review Vehicle Return Confirmation. Has the vehicle been repaired? If yes, please enter the $ amount. Click Print to continue, sign and fax the Vehicle Disclosure Form and Vehicle Return Confirmation to NCF Remarketing at And you re finished!
6 First Option To Purchase Pass
7 First Option To Purchase The dashboard also displays your grounded vehicles available for purchase. Vehicles with the Buy and Pass buttons have been grounded by your dealership and I Will Decide Later was selected during grounding. Pass These vehicles are available for purchase by you until 11:59p.m. EST the following day. If the time has elapsed, or Pass is selected, an AutoVIN inspection is automatically requested. By selecting Pass, you are relinquishing any interest in purchasing the vehicle at the residual price. The vehicle will be inspected and may be posted on RPM Upstream for all Nissan dealers to view and purchase.
8 First Option To Purchase Buy
9 Buy This option is only available to the originating dealer. If you are not the originating dealer and would like to have the vehicle re-assigned, please contact NCF Remarketing at By selecting Buy, you are opting to purchase the vehicle at the residual price based on purchase type selected. Select the purchase type from the drop down menu and click Continue.
10 Review the purchase price and applicable taxes, then click Continue. Confirm your vehicle purchase by reviewing all of the information, then click Buy. Your purchase is complete! View your printer-friendly Bill of Sale by clicking the link, or return to the dashboard by clicking Home. If a lessee purchase was processed, please print and provide a copy of the Bill of Sale to the Customer.
11 BuyNow
12 BuyNow/BidNow The dashboard also displays your grounded vehicles available for purchase in the Upstream sale. The day after inspection, vehicles with a BuyNow/BidNow button will be available to all Nissan dealers at a BuyNow market value price from 12 p.m. EST until 2 p.m. EST. You may also place an AutoBid in advance of the bidding auction at this time. BuyNow To purchase a vehicle, click the BuyNow/ BidNow button. Review the vehicle information and select BuyNow or place an AutoBid. An AutoBid is a proxy bid where the system will automatically place your bid (up to your maximum) when you are bid against, provided no dealer has exercised the BuyNow option.
13 Select payment and transportation methods then click Continue. Review the vehicle information summary, then click Buy to complete your purchase. You have successfully completed your purchase. To view your Purchase Confirmation click on View the printer-friendly version of your purchase confirmation. Then click print.
14 BidNow
15 BidNow Vehicles with a BidNow button are available in a competitive bidding environment to all Nissan dealers from 2 p.m. EST until 3 p.m. EST on the same day, once the BuyNow event is over. You may place your bid either as an AutoBid or a Hard Bid. To bid on a vehicle, click the BidNow button. A Hard Bid is a single bid for a specified dollar amount. To increase your bid, you must bid again or set an AutoBid. Once you enter your bid amount, review the vehicle information, then click Hard Bid or AutoBid to submit your offer.
16 Select payment and transportation methods then click Hard Bid or Autobid (as previously selected). Your bid has been submitted. Clicking My Auction Activity will display all vehicles that you are currently watching or bidding on. Clicking on New Search will return you to Find Vehicles. Clicking on Home will return you to the dashboard.

18 Find Vehicles On Other Nissan Dealers Lots To search for available units grounded on another Nissan dealer s lot, click Find Vehicles in the menu bar. You may filter your search by Province, Inventory, Year, Make, Model, etc... than click Search. You will be presented with a list of vehicles currently available for purchase, with Buy and Bid options as applicable. By checking the box next to a vehicle and clicking Add To Watchlist, the vehicle information will be added to My Watchlist on the My Auction Activity page located on the menu bar.

20 My Auction Activity/Watchlist By clicking the My Auction Activity link, you can bid, buy and remove current vehicles from the Watchlist, as well as review the results of vehicles being watched in auctions that have ended. There are three categories to the My Auction Activity page: 1- My Current Bids 2- My Watchlist 3-Closed Auction
21 Admin Updating Users
22 Adding and Updating Users To Update your account preferences, click the ADMIN link. From here you can update your address, phone number, language preference and outbid notification settings. By Clicking on Manage Users you can review existing users and add new ones to your dealership. To add a New User, click the Add New Dealer User button, and enter the required information for that person. Click Update and you re done!
23 During day 2 of the Upstream sale, any unsold inventory from day 1 is made available to all registered ADESA dealers on Dealerblock ( Vehicles that remain unsold at the end of day 2 are removed from the site and shipped to an auction. Helpful Hints! Now that you know the basics Here are a few additional helpful tips to ensure a smooth experience with every purchase on Nissan Canada Finance RPM.; You can set up Notify Me requests for Nissan vehicles you are looking for. Notify Me will automatically let you know when your desired vehicles are available on ADESA.ca! You can also set up your Auto Checkout settings so that your vehicles are automatically checked out for you within minutes of the sale being processed. ADESA will provide you with a new ownership once they have received the funds required for your purchase. The Gate Release will be provided to you by the auction after receiving funds. This Gate Release must be presented to the grounding dealership at time of pick-up. Remember to always contact the grounding dealership before sending your transporter to make sure someone is available to release the vehicle when you arrive.
