10 TASTING EVENTS Tasting events are a fun and very productive way for CEOs to educate customers; allow customers to sample various wines; and have customers purchase our great wines from the comfort of their home. Tasting events also help CEOs meet new customers and allow current customers to experience new wines. AUTO SHIPMENTS Once a customer expresses an interest in our wines, the easiest way for them to restock their wine rack is to have their choice of ONEHOPE wines shipped directly to their home. This is also a great way for CEOs to earn commission on recurring sales. PERSONAL WEBSITE SALES Customers can visit your personal website 24/7 to shop at their convenience. You ll earn the same commission for sales made from your personal website. It s also a great way for tasting event guests to place Case for a Cause orders for a specific Host, in the event they were unable to attend the wine tasting in person. 11 TO BE CONSIDERED ACTIVE CEO MUST SUBMIT $250 OR MORE IN MONTHLY COMMISSIONABLE SALES (PCV); UP TO 50% ($125) MAY BE FROM AUTO SIP SHIPMENTS Personal Volume (PV) and Organizational Volume - 50% or more needs to be from Tasting Events or customer purchases on CEO personal website. Level Overrides are calculated on Bonus Volume. Personal Commission Volume (PCV) = the commissionable sales amount received by ONEHOPE after customer discount (does not include shipping charges, taxes, etc.) PV LEVEL OVERIDES ORG VOLUME PCV BV BONUSES Org Volume is a total of PCV at all levels in the downline plus the PCV of the leader Bonus Volume (BV) is calculated at 70% of PCV submitted through Tasting Events, auto shipments and purchases on the CEO website. Bonus Volume on other items such as gift packs, coffee and specialty items (i.e. wine bucket, corkscrew) will be determined by item and may be less than 70%. 14 50% R U L E BV BONUS VOLUME In order to meet minimum volume requirements for Active status, Personal Commissionable Volume and Organization Volume, at least 50% of the minimum monthly PCV requirement must come from Tasting Events or customer purchases on the CEO website. Once the CEO has met this 50% (or more) rule, the remaining volume requirement may come from auto shipments and wine club sales. Calculated at 70% of PCV submitted through Tasting Events, auto shipments and purchases on the CEO website. Bonus Volume on other items such as gift packs, coffee and specialty items (i.e. wine bucket, corkscrew) will be determined by item and may be less than 70%. 50% RULE & BONUS VOLUME

20 PERSONAL SALES COMMISSIONS OVERRIDES MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES 20% or 25% monthly determined by the total sales you personally submit for the calendar month Overrides are a percentage of downline sales Overrides can be earned on the sales of the very first CEO you recruit As the CEOs you recruit in turn recruit others, you will earn Overrides on their sales too. The more you recruit the more you can earn on all of your recruits Personal Sales Commissions, Overrides and Bonuses are calculated each month based on that month s sales (Commissionable Volume) submitted by you and your Organization. Your performance for any given month determines the CEO Career Plan Title at which you will be paid at for that month. Every month is a new opportunity for you to take your business to greater heights to achieve a higher Career Plan Title. Earn cash bonuses as you promote to upper level titles.
